Such friendly helpful staff. Perfect location with an easy walk to restaurants, shops & city sites. Beautiful large room with a lovely terrace to watch the sunset. Nice breakfast each day before heading out.

The hotel was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed our balcony and we appreciated staff helpfulness and friendliness. Hotel breakfast also. Et good with lots of variety. Hotel restaurant was very badly organised and we experienced long waits for service. We would advise manager of restaurant to re think the number of covers or make it in to a pizza only restaurant as it doesn’t work the way it is right now. Many Other guests also not happy with restaurant and experiencing very long waits for service. Plus restaurant probably loosing money, as if we had more opportunities to order (with waiting staff) we could have ordered more drinks.

Beautiful, elegant hotel - impeccable. We had the Panoramic Suite which was a lovely space to stay in - nothing to fault. Very good breakfast Professional, friendly service - thank you Alessandro e lo staff. A few steps across the bridge to the gorgeous, authentic town - not too touristy.

Beautiful staff, authentic property, renovated in keeping with the origins of the property. Great location with free parking and a short walk across the bridge to the old town. Breakfast was fabulous. Dinner at the on-site restaurant provides discount ratevto hotel guests and attentive service and great food. Don't stay anywhere else in Bosa

Arrived at the hotel found it weird that the details of the room weren’t confirmed at the front desk except for the total nights we were staying. We arrived at our room and noticed it wasn’t the Superior Room with 2 levels like we booked. We called the front and dealt with the same person Alessandro which is the Manager this was “Story 1” he mentioned that the booking wasn’t for 2 levels. “Story 2” the room you have now is an upgrade.” Story 3” Orbitz made a mistake in the titling of the room. I could tell I was being given the a bunch of stories and tried to be made of a fool. So I reached out to Orbitz they confirmed that it was a 2 level superior room that I booked and that’s when “Story 4” came around and now he said it “We are unavailable with rooms.” He told the dedicated customer service team. It’s a nicer vintage luxury hotel but the vibe was off didn’t like the feeling it left me. If you book with this hotel please make sure to confirm that you are getting what you booked ahead so they don’t try to pull the same stunt.

Dear Mr. Richard,thank you for your stay at Hotel Palazzo Pischedda Bosa, a 3* sup historical boutique hotel located 50 metres from Ponte Vecchio and historical centre in Bosa.We must reply to your review with 4 different stories, most of them are complete unreal and fake.We do confirm our staff is professional, experienced, with strong passion and culture on hospitality (please check all reviews here below).At check-in we confirmed type of room and total nights, we escorted you to the room and you said it was perfect.One hour later you went to reception asking for a copy or a picture of your reservation, which we received through Expedia, and we rejected your request because there were private and confidential rates. As per your reservation we assigned you a superior panoramic room with a huge terrace with a nice view on river and historical centre. We explained that we have 3 superior rooms with terrace, only one of them has a mezzanine. At your arrival the hotel was almost fully booked, no other rooms were available, except a classic room with window with one floor only. Normally, upon availability of the day, we are glad to show more rooms to our guests and, if possible, upgrade them.We understand your frustation because we rejected all your requests as refund, free upgrade and dinner as per compensation, (as on your purpose from the beginning), that you made through Orbitz (we do not have any contract and and we do not work with it).We strongly recommend to check the description of the rooms when you book it, and to contact the hotel if something it is not clear before completing your reservation, in order to enjoy your vacation and avoid to waste your time with vain and unnecessary complains during your stay and later on. While at the hotel, we were experienced a medical emergency. Alessandra and his staff were an enormous help. The hotel is located at the corner of old town Bosa making it easy to walk to the town and the castle. It is also easy to drive from the hotel to the hospital avoiding the narrow streets of the town and following the main road to the Bosa Marina. The breakfast provided was outstanding and the restaurant was very good. There was great access to parking across oss the street. Thank you to everyone for their kindness and concern.

Located just on the other side of the bridge from the historical center it’s an easy walk to the center. the room was clean, nice & comfortable. There’s free parking right across the street. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits & breads, cereal, juices and great coffee. Best of all, Alessandro at the front desk, provided excellent tips & information. The staff in the breakfast room was friendly. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, just across the bridge from the historical center. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. However, what made this hotel score significantly above the 3 stars for me was the exceptional service from each staff member, especially Alessandro at the front desk ! Ask, the staff at the breakfast service was wonderful and SMILING! Best experience in this trip this far & that includes the so card 5 star hotels.

Great location, Difficult parking access.
When arriving, the parking area drop arm was closed. I called the phone number posted. The woman did not speak English, so I tried to just state “Parking”, “Check in” and “my name” she hung up on me. I had to park illegally, go inside, and viola, she spoke perfect English. Then she gave me a fob for the parking area. When I went out, another English speaking couple had the fob on their room key chain, but did not know that it was for the parking or how to use it. That young woman was passive aggressive. Other than that, the room was fine, clean. The shower curtain was two sides and I had to put plastic stool inside to keep it from sticking to me. Location of hotel is perfect. Restaurant had excellent fish ravioli in scampi sauce.

Old-world charm and good location - a few minutes' walk from town centre and an easy drive to the beach. We dined in the restaurant and were very happy with the dinner.

Our favorite in Sardinia!
Such a great hotel with stunning views of Bosa. Amazing service and the hotel was one of the few places we stayed at in Sardinia that had strong AC. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is fantastic and the views from our balcony were stunning. The staff always went out there way to help. They provided us with an umbrella for the beach and after a long day, we came back to some complementary bottle of prosecco in our room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet was our favourite so many different options to choose from and the restaurant in the hotel is most definitely worth a visit! Will definitely stay again! Thanks again, Dawn & Tony

Would definitely stay again.
Picturesque hotel with beautiful views. Spa bath on the terrace a lovely surprise! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Bosa is definitely worth a few nights stay whilst exploring north west Sardinia.

Beautiful property in a beautiful town. If you get a chance to stay in the sauna/jacuzzi room it is amazing! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great amenities and excellent service! Breakfast selection was varied. Would love to return for a longer stay next time.

Lovely hotel in grand building
Hotel is situated just across the river from Bosa old town. Whilst the building itself is old style and has a lot of history, the rooms are quite modern; we even had a jacuzzi bath on our terrace, which was quite a surprise. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in Bosa.
