About this property

Villa with private pool, comfortable, near the sea, Alghero, Sardinia

  • It is a newly built villa on 2 levels, just outside the city of Alghero. On the ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and bathroom. The veranda overlooking the pool. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, each of which has air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with double sink. There are three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds, a cot is also available on request; linen are included in the beach towels. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is plenty of space to relax. The villa is located in a great location, about 10 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes drive from the town of Alghero. The Lido beach is within walking distance and some of the finest beaches in Alghero including Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto are just 10 minutes. In the area there are several cottages that offer traditional cuisine of Sardinia. Alghero is an ideal base for exploring the island as: Bosa, Stintino, Argentiera and Castelsardo.
