Located in Alghero, the recently renovated Villa Ginevra offers 66 sqm of comfortable space for up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a well-equipped private kitchen. The villa provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and family-friendly amenities including a baby bed and highchair available upon request.



Step outside to your private covered and uncovered terraces, perfect for relaxing among the olive trees that surround this carefully maintained estate. The shared outdoor pool, also nestled among olive trees, creates a tranquil natural environment. An outdoor shower by the pool adds convenience during your stay.



Shared parking is available on-site, and pets are welcome to join your vacation. The owners reside on the property but not in your accommodation and are available to offer advice about the area. You may encounter various animals including dogs, cats, and horses, all lovingly cared for by the owners. Events are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and 11 pm to 8 am must be respected. Smoking is prohibited in indoor and common spaces. At the pool, diving, splashing, and shouting are not allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Waste separation is required with daily garbage collection except Sundays.
