Villa Caprifogli is a quiet place ideally located 1, from the town of Alghero. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, it sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms (+1). For a smaller group there is the possibility of renting only one floor, each floor may be completely independent from the other with a private entrance .

The upper floor is 50 sqm, huge west facing veranda of 35 sqm.
The ground floor is 80 sqm.
Around the house there are large green spaces, a barbecue and an outside shower useful after a day at the beach.

Very nice stay in Sardigna

We were a 8 motorcyclists group to stay one week in Sardinia. the house was perfect, a very nice view from the terrass in a lovely field of olive trees. Very quiet however close from Alghero. Our hosts was lovely persons and good guide to to visit the island.Special thanks for the home made cake . A highly recommended choice!

Una bellissima vacanza in famiglia in un posto meraviglioso!La casa è proprio su misura, dotata di tutto il necessario per vivere, situata in un luogo tranquillo in mezzo agli ulivi dove alla sera stavamo a lungo per mangiare ridere e giocare a carte con tutta la famiglia.La host, sig.ra Erica, molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato moltissimi consigli su cosa visitare, che spiagge frequentare, dove mangiare, agenzie per i tour in barca, ecc.,ecc.Consiglio questa struttura per chi vuole stare in pace lontano dai rumori e la frenesia della città!!!

Maison confortable et accueil chaleureux (et francophone)

La maison est très agréable. Au milieu des champs d'oliviers, mais à seulement 10 minutes de la ville et des plages. 1 grande chambre 2 chambres mitoyennes et 2 salles d'eau au rez-de-chaussée ; 1 grande chambre 1 chambre avec lits superposés et 1 salle d'eau à l'étage. Terrasse très agréable (aérée) avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les couchers de soleil.Les propriétaires habitent à 2 pas et sont très réactifs si besoin. Ils nous ont donné plein de conseils pour les balades et la gastronomie.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus auf großem Grundstück, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, von der oberenTerrasse toller Blick auf das Meer, sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, herzliche Begrüßung mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und vielen Tipps, Auto zum Einkaufen erforderlich, 8 min. mit dem Auto zur wunderschönen Altstadt, 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand Poglina, die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. min

Klasse Ausgangspunkt für unsere Expeditionen

Wir wurden super herzlich von Erica empfangen, die uns alles Wichtige am Haus erklärte und im Verlaufe unseres Aufenthalts lernten wir auch ihre überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Eltern kennen. Alle drei waren für uns unkomplizierte und engagierte Ansprechpartner, als zum Beispiel nach einem Gewitter die Heizung ausfiel und sie sich umgehend um die Reparatur kümmerten. Da sich ein Kamin im Haus befindet, stellte das für den einen Abend auch kein Problem für uns dar.Das Haus ist idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, weswegen man ein wenig Abstriche beim TV- und Internetempfang machen muss. Uns hat das aber keinesweges gestört, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren und für alltägliche Dinge reichte es allemal aus.Alles in allem, ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt und sehr gern wieder!

Absolut grandiose Unterkunft

Die Villa von Erica und ihrer Familie liegt mitten in ihrem eigenen kleinen aber feinen Olivenhain (das eigene Olivenöl ist köstlich und kann gekauft werden). Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich empfangen. Die Mutter hatte für unsere Kinder extra einen Kuchen gebacken. Vielen Dank! Erica hat uns nicht nur das Haus und das Grundstück gezeigt, sondern auch sehr ausführlich die ganze Umgebung und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt inkl. toller Empfehlungen für Wandertouren, Strände und vieles mehr. Das Haus war einfach klasse. Ein typisches Steinhaus mit mega Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse. Einfach nur schön beim Essen über die Olivenbäume hinweg aufs Meer zu blicken. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles!

wunderbares Haus und Umgebung

Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Beim Einchecken hat sich Erika sehr viel Zeit genommen, uns Tipps und Informationen über Alghero und Umgebung zu geben, die sehr nützlich für uns waren. Wir haben beide Wohnungen genutzt und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war sogar genug Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, etwas Kaffee, Tee und Salz vorhanden, so dass wir nicht sofort in den Supermarkt stürzen mussten. Die Lage ist traumhaft, von der oberen Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer und umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Rosmarinbüschen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man auch an der Steilküste und kann direkt zum Meer hinuntergehen, vorbei an eine Quelle. Da wir zu Ostern dort waren, war es abends noch sehr kühl und auf Wunsch wurde uns die Heizung angeschaltet (bitte Extrakosten erfragen). Die Küchen sind jeweils mit einer Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt von Alghero ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Praktisch ist, dass auf dem Weg dorthin auch die Müllcontainer stehen, so dass man den Müll zwischendurch immer wieder unkompliziert loswerden konnte. Es ist ein tolles, großes Anwesen mit traumhafter Aussicht und Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert. Man kann wunderbar von dort aus die westliche Region erkunden. Vielen Dank an Erika und Eltern!

Schöne Tage in tollem Haus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Motorradfahrern im Haus untergebracht, und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Empfang durch Erica und ihre Familie kann nur als äußerst herzlich bezeichnet werden. Ob Tips für die Umgebung oder andere Unterstützung, haben wir immer sehr freundliche Hilfe erfahren. Rundum empfehlenswert :)

Splendida casa nella pace degli ulivi

La casa è curata in ogji dettaglio, cercavamo una soluzione vicino ad Alghero e alle spiagge più belle della zona senza essere costretti a stare in città ed è quello che abbiamo trovato. Ogni casa del podere ha il suo giardino e ingresso auto indipendente , si gode del fresco degli ulivi e della vista sulla baia. Erica è una perfetta padrona di casa e ci ha dedicato tempo per spiegare tutto quello che avremmo trovato in zona e appena oltre Alghero spiagge , supermercati, mercati, ristoranti, ecc ecc.... Insomma....tutto perfetto!

Geschmackvolles Haus, super sympathische Gastgeberin

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im August in diesem schönen Anwesen verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erica hat uns toll empfangen (spät in der Nacht) und am nächsten Morgen viele hilfreiche und schöne Ausflugs-Tipps gegeben. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation mit ihr klasse. Gerne kommen wir wieder (vielleicht aber eher im Frühjahr / Herbst, damit wir alle Wandertipps auch umsetzen können...)

Wunderbar

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen mit unseren Kindern in dem Ferienhaus zwischen den Olivenbäumen verbracht, wobei wir das Obergeschoss und die Kinder das Erdgeschoss (beides voneinander unabhängig zugängig) bewohnt haben. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft schön, die Lage in Alghero sehr gut. Erica hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und so konnten wir an traumhaften Stränden liegen, tolle Ausflüge machen und in guten Restaurants essen. Erica hat sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll und das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit herrlicher Terrasse auf hübschen Anwesen

stilvolles komvortables ruhiges Ferienhaus

Auf einem sehr grossen Grundstück mit vielen Olivvenbäumen steht das sehr geschmackvolle Haus mit 2 Wohnungen, beide Wohnungen sind ebenerdig zugänglich, die obere mit Terrasse und Blick zum Meer, unten mit Blick in den Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, 3 Generationen. Maria spricht sehr gut Deutsch

Perfekter Urlaub!

Es war einfach wunderschön...das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Wir waren 8 Personen und haben die gesamte Villa gemietet. Viel Platz für alle... Die Lage ist perfekt. Etwas abgelegen und ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah. Erica war sehr nett und stets bei Fragen zur Stelle und äußerst hilfsbereit. Eine ganz liebevolle und herzliche Frau. Alghero ist sehenswert, quirlig und lebendig. Genau das, was man in dieser Zeit braucht. Die Strände waren ebenfalls schön, leicht zu erreichen und vielseitig. Natürlich im August voll und überlaufen, doch dass weiß man ja. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und ein tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern, welches wir wärmstens empfehlen können.

Super schönes Haus in top Lage!!!

Erica hat uns spät abends perfekt empfangen und uns gleich viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Sogar für die Kinder (5/7) waren zum Frühstück Zwieback/Milch/Schoko Balls fürs Müsli. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Check in war super, vielleicht wäre noch eine Standortübermittlung per WhatsApp gut, da mir Googlemaps es nicht gleich zu finden war. Waren aber abends (dunkel) unterwegs und die Beleuchtung an den Straßen ist halt nicht vorhanden. Sonst ist alles vorhanden im Haus. Bei uns hatte es gleich über 30 grad, da wäre eine Klima zum Schlafen gut gewesen, haben aber von Erica (die sehr gut deutsch spricht) einen Ventilator bekommen. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern sind leider nicht mehr ganz so dicht. Das Highlight war auch die Aussdndusche immer eine gute Abkühlung nach einem Strandtag. Wir waren komplett alleine in der Unterkunft, es gab viel Platz es war ein Riesen schönes Grundstück. Die Terrasse war auch riesig und konnten wunderbar frühstücken/Abendessen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kleines Manko, die Betten sind nicht mehr die Besten... vielleicht mal neue Matratzen. Alles im allen perfekt!!! Kommunikation davor und während des Aufenthaltes super (WhatsApp)
