- Villa Mimosa is a new and comfortable villa open all year round, which a short distance from Alghero offers a reserved and highly prestigious setting just a few meters from the sea. The villa, surrounded by greenery, consists of a single floor: with a covered veranda and windows overlooking the magnificent garden.
The size of the house is approximately 140 m² and consists of three bedrooms (for a total of 7 beds) a large full bathroom with shower, a large living room with stove, TV, and a kitchen.
Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs for 7 people, shaded by thick vegetation, with a fireplace with barbecue next to it. The great room has a bay window on a breathtaking panorama.
Outside the house is surrounded by several hectares of garden, with a breathtaking view of the valley, where there are plants and fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Also outside there is a barbecue, a wood oven and an outdoor shower.
