Apartment “Ligure” close to the Beach with A/C, Balcony & Terrace

The well-furnished apartment “Ligure” is located close to the charming centre of Alghero and is also only a short walk from the city’s beach. The 65 m² apartment is accessible via elevator and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one has a single bed and 2 single bunk beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV, while a baby cot is available on request. The apartment has a balcony, and you can start the day with coffee on the open terrace with seating furniture before going to the beach or exploring the old town. You will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bus stops within 2-4 minutes on foot (150-350m), while a pharmacy is only 200 m away. The historical old town centre can be reached on foot after 25 minutes (2 km) and lies next to the port of Alghero. The nearest sandy beach, Spiaggia di Alghero can be reached on foot after only 5 minutes (450 m). The international airport lies a 20-minute drive or 10.5 km from the city centre.

Appartamento di nuova costruzione in ottima posizione

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento al mare. La struttura è di nuova costruzione, arredata con mobili moderni e funzionali, tutto molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Un grande vantaggio è la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage, comodissimo soprattutto in alta stagione. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti da centri commerciali, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con brevi spostamenti in auto. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Marino, il proprietario, una persona gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e una base perfetta per godersi il mare e le bellezze della zona!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung. Zentrale Lage. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Terrasse befindet sich über einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Aber uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von unserer Seite
