The apartment consists of a fine living room with a balcony and three large windows overlooking the ramparts promenade, two comfortable sofa beds, two tables, air conditioning and television; a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer); an utility room with washing machine and ironing; a more sheltered sleeping area, facing down town, where there are one large bedroom with double bed (or two single beds), a large closet, air conditioning and a little balcony, and two bathrooms with shower (one is inside the bedroom with window). Free and unlimited wi-fi and also for free air conditioning for fresh air in Summer and heating in Winter are offered. Third floor, no lift.



The flat also offers sheets and towels, hair dryer, a cot for children up to three years and a baby chair free on demand, many books and magazines about the city and Sardinia island and travels.

Excellent mix of practicality and refinement the apartment is ideal for a relaxing and romantic holiday.

Best view of Alghero from your balcony!

Sitting on your balcony overlooking the ocean and seeing happy people below is a great way to enjoy this place. Bed was great, bathrooms were lovely and clean and lots of light and breeze! The host was very helpful in getting to the apartment and setting us up with some great restaurant options.

Spectacular View

The apartment was very clean and has had a renovation last winter so the main room is a good size with two bathrooms. We felt as though we were on our own private yacht as from the main room and kitchen all you can see is an amazing view of the sea and the headland in the distance. The house was well equipped, so much so that we did not want to go out and we cooked at home and sat watching the sun go down with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is a very special place, tastefully decorated and we look forward to returning.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Bilder halten absolut (!), was sie versprechen! Wir hatten von Esstisch aus wirklich diesen gigantischen Ausblick aufs Meer, alles war sauber und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet! Es war alles da, was man an Haushaltsutensilien im Laufe einer Woche so gebrauchen kann, Geschäfte sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar und wirklich, die Lage ist der Wahnsinn! Absolut toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro con vista mozzafiato su Capocaccia. Appartamento molto pulito e funzionale, accoglienza ineccepibile e cordiale. Noi viaggiamo con una piccola peste di 16 mesi e si è ambientata subito. Guardare il panorama affacciati al balconcino sui bastioni non ha veramente prezzo…Torneremo di sicuro per un soggiorno più lungo!

Un Fantastico Soggiorno!

Siamo stati a casa di SImonetta e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'appartamento ha una fantastica posizione sui bastioni nel centro storico di Alghero con Vista mare. Da li tutto è raggiungibile a piedi Bar, ristoranti e anche le spiaggie. La casa è molto pulita, arredata con gusto e perfetta per una vacanza tra amici o in famiglia.

Una accoglienza familiare, un servizio di qualità, pulizia e funzionalità. La casa, arredata con molta cura, è prospiciente i Bastioni, con una suggestiva vista sul mare e su Capo Caccia. E' posta al centro della città antica e con pochi passi si raggiungono i luoghi più caratteristici del centro storico. A pochi kilometri di distanza si trovano le più belle spiagge del litorale nord occidentale della Sardegna.

Una casa deliziosa, ben curata, confortevole e razionale e appena apri le finestre del salotto ti si spalanca la straordinaria vista del golfo di Alghero, con Capocaccia in lontananza. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni utili per muoverci ad Alghero e dintorni. Oltre alle spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti con la macchina, bellissime le passeggiate sui bastioni e sul lungomare. Vivamente consigliata

Io e mio marito abbiamo passato una settimana deliziosa in questa casa sui bastioni di Alghero di fronte al mare. Razionale, elegante curata nei dettagli: si capisce che è stata progettata da un architetto! il bel tempo ha incorniciato un soggiorno fantastico nella bella Alghero in una casa accogliente e pulita, dotata di una vista affascinante da assaporare da casa già dalle prime ore dell'alba fino al tramonto. Ottimo servizio della proprietaria che con gentilezza e massima disponibilità ci ha consigliato come muoverci, escursioni e ristorantini tipici. Sicuramente ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei ad amici, parenti e viaggiatori in cerca di una dimora in ottimo stato dove passare le meritate vacanze!!!

una terrazza sul mare

come una terrazza sul mare, la casa si apre davanti Capo caccia. dal soggiorno si ha una vista mozzafiato e si puo' godere della movida serale stando tranquillamente seduti sul balcone. la casa e' ben arredata, attrezzata di tutto, perfetta per una coppia ma anche per una famiglia puo'andar bene (le stanze da letto non sono grandi). da consigliare.
