The One-bedroom apartment TALIA is located on a raised ground floor and has a large air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom with fan ceiling and a wide wardrobe with two mirrored doors, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a walled safe and a balcony furnished with table, chairs, armchairs, coffee table and awnings. Outside the property there is a large free public car park.
The apartment is in an optimal position to enjoy the proximity to the city centre only a 20 minute walk and a stone's throw from the Lungo Mare, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood is well connected by public transport and during the summer there is a bus service to the beaches of Alghero. The tranquility of the neighborhood is ideal for those who want to sleep late.
