Incredible stay

We stayed few nights in this cute house with friends. It was so nice. The view on the sea, the environment are amazing. Colors during sunset were beautiful. Erica & family were super welcoming, kind and give us a lot of good address around. This was a Dolce vita journey. Do not hesitate to do a stop there !

A wonderful stay

We spent a very pleasant week in the holiday home. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were informed in fluent German by the landlady's daughter, Erika, about interesting destinations in and around Alghero and about good restaurants. Her mother, Maria, spoilt us in between with cakes and other delicacies from Alghero. She was very warm and considerate. In the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the house, the chirping of many bird species was obligatory. The view of Alghero every evening with fantastic sunsets rounded off our stay. Annette and Dietmar

Villa Viburni

Villa Viburni We stayed here in June 2012 and had a very good time. The villa is located south of Alghero within a huge garden. From several places you have a splendid view of the city and the sea. Villa Viburni is a completely closed wing of the manour house from the 18th century and consists of a small kitchen with dining area, two beds on galleries (our children loved them), a spacious bedroom and two full bathrooms. The apartment is not large, but very cute & well and tastefully decorated, with many beautiful details. A patio is located just outside the entrance, another place to sit beneath a tree. The garden is vast enough that all the guests enjoy their privacy. The location is very quiet, the city and the sea can be reached by car in a few minutes. The most beautiful beaches in the area are about 20 minutes by car. Numerous excursions to natural and archaeological sites, towns and beaches can be made. With gratefulness we think of our exceptionally cordial, helpful and always discreet hosts. Carlo and Maria Pinna and her daughter Erica would spoil us with home-made cake, answer all our questions and give us many useful tips. Erica speaks English and German. The three of them would share their beautiful home and their knowledge of the area with us to make us feel really welcome.

Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Die Villa Viburni ist ein uriges Häuschen in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Nur wenige Minuten von der lebhaften Hafenstadt Alghero entfernt, auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen, mit Blick aufs Meer, völlig ruhig und abgeschieden, durften wir hier wundervolle Tage verbringen. Erica und ihre Eltern leben Gastfreundschaft von Herzen und sind dabei doch diskret und zurückhaltend. Bereits die Korrespondenz im Vorfeld war optimal und der Check-in war perfekt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, es wird hier sicher niemand irgendetwas vermissen. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück noch 2 weitere Mietobjekte, jedoch alle mit eigener Zufahrt, so dass man wirklich für sich alleine ist. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen durften und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Zwei Wochen in Viburni, eine sehr schöne Zeit.Natürliche uns wunderschöne Garten, ruhig, aber doch in die Nahe von Alghero. Terrasse, sehr schöne Blick auf die Bucht von Alghero.Haus mit alle Comfort, sorgfältig eingerichtet.Herzlich entfangen, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Maria und Carlo, Sie sind bisonder freundlich und aufmerksam. Uriges Ferienhaus in großem Garten

Wir hatten im April einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung war gut. Für 2 Erwachsene war die Größe des Hauses absolut ausreichend. Wenn man mit 2 jüngeren Kindern reisen möchte, sicherlich auch. Das Haus ist ein Anbau an das Haus der Besitzer, die sehr nett sind und immer schauen, dass alles passt. Von Erica bekommt man eine Menge Infos und Anregungen. Alles in allem ein schöne unkonventionelle Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ab trotzdem sehr nahe bei Alghero.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir wurden herzlich von der Familie empfangen. Erica hat uns sehr viele Tips gegeben und war bei allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfsbereit. Nochmals danke! Stadt und Natur genießen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Belle location de vacances e très belle region

Un séjour fabuleux!

Notre séjour chez Erica et sa famille a été tout simplement fabuleux! L’accueil chaleureux et la personnalité rayonnante d’Erica, ses conseils précieux, sa grande disponibilité nous ont permis de profiter de la merveilleuse région d’Alghero. Nous la remercions encore pour cela! La propriété est immense, au calme à la périphérie de la ville. La propreté était parfaite et la bâtisse possède une histoire et un charme total. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue est également époustouflante sur la région! Bref que du bonheur pour un séjour parfait. Nous espérons revenir un jour et ce sera avec grand plaisir!

Traumhafter Ort nahe der Stadt

Der Hausteil befindet sich auf einen grossen Landgut mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe der Stadt. Besonders schön war die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterfamilie. Mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen wurden wir empfangen. Erica gab uns viele wertvolle Informationen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So fühlten wir uns schnell zuhause. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschönes Grundstück in historischem Kontext

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurden alle Möglichkeiten was wir besichtigen können ausführlich erläutert. Dazu gab es eine selbstgebackene Torte und selbstgemachte Olivenöl. Auch während des Aufenthalts erhielten wir jede erdenkliche Hilfe und dazu noch leckeres sardisches Gebäck! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolle Gastgeber, tolle Ferienwohnung!

Lovely stay!

We stayed for a couple of days and had a lovely stay. You can see and feel that everything is done with a lot of care and love. It is a perfect location, close to the city but quiet and with the big garden and olive trees, it feels like the perfect getaway. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and great explanation of the surroundings, complete with tips for restaurants, shops, and places to discover. I would definetly recommend and hope we can visit again.

Paradies!

Ein Paradies auf Erden! Erika, die fliessend deutsch spricht, empfing uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr warmherzig. Sie gab uns wertvolle Insider-Tipps zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Stränden, und Ausflugszielen. In dem Haus standen ein frisch gebackener Kuchen und Öl von Oliven aus dem hauseigenen Feld für uns bereit. Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Olivenhain, ausserdem wachsen im Garten Rosmarin- und Salbeisträucher, von denen man sich bedienen kann. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Olivenbäume ist atemberaubend, das Ferienhaus ist für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern wunderbar. Alghero ,die Strände und umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Maria, ihr Mann und die Tochter Erika sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Une semaine de juillet 2021

Nous avons passé en famille un séjour merveilleux dans la region d Alghero. La propriété est grande, arborée, restant fraîche même l été au sein d un grand parc d oliviers. Erica et sa famille sont très accueillants et chaleureux, nos enfants ont eu plaisirs à jouer ensemble. La région est très belle et la location bien située et au calme. Les couchers de soleil sont fabuleux. A refaire avec joie!
