"The view was absolutely incredible.
The staff — especially the man at the front desk — was extremely attentive, professional, and cheerful. The hotel itself was just amazing. The view from the room at the back was breathtaking.
What I liked less was that the mattress was, for me, way too firm — or maybe just old and worn out."

"From the moment you arrive at Furnas Lake Forest Living, you feel a sense of calm. The reception was easy to find and we received a very warm welcome and explanation of the property, then were guided to our house. It was a very personal experience and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.
The houses are secure, quiet, immaculately clean, and situated in a stunning forested area. There are even koi fish in the moat around the houses. All of the finishings were thoughtful and on brand for the location.
We were able to enjoy the a la carte breakfast prior to checking out, and it was both delicious and satisfying. I'm very sad that we were unable to secure a reservation for dinner due to a conflicting reservation, but that just means we are due for a trip back!
They are working on a spa and additional houses, which will make an already spectacular experience even better, I'm sure.
Obrigada for making us feel right at home during our short stay. Can't wait to visit again (for longer this time)."
