"The hotel is along a busy and well traveled street in the heart of Viña. I expected it to be noisy but the hotel was quiet and it was well designed for those who expect a higher quality from their accommodations. I will return here and spend more time here since it is so very convenient. "

"The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "

"Good location, clean, friendly staff. I came in September, the ocean is too cold to go in at that time. Also, the hot water in the shower did not have good pressure. Otherwise, excellent. Friendly staff, good restaurant, close to the beach & some shopping & restaurants."
