Algarrobo Costa is known for its spectacular sandy beaches and pleasant weather year-round, making this destination a popular spot for sun and sea lovers.

The development, right on the beachfront, provides direct access to the sea and features a seasonal community pool subject to the community rules, as well as beautiful communal gardens, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and sun enjoyment.

The layout of the house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage for one vehicle, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, along with a porch that invites moments of tranquility. Upstairs, you’ll discover four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, in addition to two bathrooms. Complete this experience with a spacious solarium on the top floor, offering magnificent views.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed on the property, and for added convenience, an airport transfer service is offered for an additional fee.

Please note that due to the drought in the area, water supply may be cut off from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM, according to the municipal guidelines.
