Welcome to this beautiful country house for 10 people in Algaida. It has a private pool and total privacy.
Outside you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing, a sitting area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables and a wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior of the two-story house is boasts a modern style combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with sat-TV. It leads to the dining room which is connected to the kitchen that offers a gas stove. In the laundry room you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with shower -one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the whole accommodation on the ground floor and a toilet outdoors. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. You also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property. We recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around the island.

Nice villa with friendly owners

We stayed here with a group of friends. The place is clean and well presented. The only thing I would say to future guests is that it is preferable to hire a car as it is difficult to hire a taxi. The pool is more of a splash pool than a swimming pool. But overall, the place is well presented, convenient to Palma and with friendly owners.

Would highly recommend!

We had some initial back and forward with Homerti to sort out the booking but they were responsive and always doing their best to help. From here on the stay was amazing, they helped with everything needed and the owner even popped by the day of check in to show us around and make sure we had everything. She was so sweet and we felt right at home! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The small town of Algaida is walkable in 10 minutes and has both the amenities needed as well as some great restaurants in town or in the nearby towns less than 10 minutes drive away which the owner recommended. Palma, S’arenal & if it’s your thing Magaluf are all 20-35 minutes drive away. Usually cabs are a nightmare in Mallorca but the company recommended to us was very helpful (just book 24 hours in advance as is needed everywhere in Mallorca). Overall we loved it here for location, surroundings, quality of the property etc. Would highly recommend!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Finca war sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und für 10 Personen ideal. Theoretisch befindet sich sogar ein elftes Bett in einem Nebenraum des Hauses. Das durfte der größte Schnarcher beziehen :) Dementsprechend ist auch eins der Badezimmer nicht in dem Haus, sondern direkt anliegend.

Sehr schöne finca mit Charme und genug Platz. Wir haben ein bisschen gebraucht sie zu finden weil unsere deutschen Navis die Adresse nicht gefunden haben bzw die GPS Daten uns woanders hin geführt haben, hat aber trotzdem geklappt. Die Gastgeberin war super lieb und sehr bemüht! Die Verständigung auf englisch war etwas schwieriger aber hat dennoch geklappt. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Lediglich ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der für Lebensmittel etc wären gut.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Haus! Die Nähe zu Palma und die ruhige Lage machen dieses Haus zu etwas besonderem. Alles war sehr sauber und eine Grundausstattung ist vorhanden. Einige Kleinigkeiten mussten wir noch im Supermarkt in Algaida besorgen (Handseife für die Bäder, Lappen und Schwämme sowie Toilettenpapier). Insbesondere der Outdoor Bereich des Hauses mit dem Pool hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen! Wir würden definitiv wieder dieses Haus buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.

We had an anazing stay

We had an anazing stay. We were 10 people and ut was easy to find, check in was smooth. Our contact person Maria was amazing and helped with whatever we needed, even came by to check on us and gave us some entra supplies we needed. 10/10 stay. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures. Only note is make sure you book a taxi in advance as it can be a little of a process.

Nydelig! Akkurat like flott som på bildene, fantastisk lokasjon, nydelig området og kort gåtur til den lille landsbyen for å handle. Innsjekk var kjempe lett, taxi fant lett frem. vår kontaktperson gjorde alltid det lille ekstra som å komme med oppvasksåpe da det var tomt. 10/10 opplevelse.
