"The room and hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast and WiFi were the only things letting the place down. Although the WiFi was free, it regularly disconnected and wasn’t fully accessible from the room. The breakfast wasn’t great. Although there was a variety of things to choose from, most were either overcooked or flavourless. I tried some churros that were very tough. I also tried some scrambled eggs and bacon but both were lacking in flavour and overdone. The hotel itself is very nice, just the food being quite poor."

"Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay! One of our favourites ever! Sauna, delicious restaurant, clean, comfortable, kind staff, amazing quality, and the most incredible beach right there! We didn’t want to leave! They do/have everything to make it such an enjoyable stay! It was everything and more! Book it now!"

"Zoëtry Mallorca was by far our favorite stay during our trip and genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was a little more rural than we expected, but the gorgeous property, peaceful setting, amazing staff, and excellent amenities made the experience truly special. We loved the combination of the historic chapel-style villa with modern wellness amenities. As a cyclist, I especially appreciated having bike rentals directly at the hotel. The gym was beautiful and well equipped, and the spa was another highlight, with an indoor pool, sauna, and amazing massage therapists. It was the perfect place to relax. The food at the bar was delicious, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Our only disappointment was dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant. We found the menu limited and unfortunately did not enjoy the dishes we ordered. The rooms were very clean and organized, but felt basic compared with the exceptional quality of the rest of the property. The shower especially needs updating—it was overly complicated to operate and water seeped outside. Some modernization would help the rooms match the rest of this incredible hotel. We did love our little porch with its table and chairs, perfect for enjoying afternoon wine. Overall, a truly gorgeous property and easily our favorite hotel of the trip. We would happily return!"

"Property is located near an amazing beach with close access to a great variety of restaurants & activities. Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!)."
