The main issue with this hotel was that their reception is now not in the hotel, but down the road in-town, in a bar just behind the local hairdressers, about 5 mins' walk away. They sign this up in English on the former reception door, but it certainly helps to have some Spanish when looking for the current reception office in the local bar. There was only someone working as a receptionist after 2,30PM, and she operates out of a small kiosk that sells cigarettes and vapes at the back of the bar. We were going to wait for when we were there to decide if we wanted breakfast, but as we hadn't pre-booked we were told we would have to buy breakfast in one of the local bars. It appears that the hotel breakfasts are a smallish selection of tapas, while the local bars easily provided what we needed. There is a secure parking area c.50 metres from the hotel. The locals were very friendly, the room was well appointed, and very clean, and once you understand how it operates it works well.

The room is good, however the check in is confusing and unclear. Youre diverted by signs to the street tobacconist and there is no actual reception.

We were offered a room on the second floor with a very inclined ceiling where we would constantly hit our head in the room and in the bathroom . It was tough to take a shower or simply walk. Customer should be advised/informed beforehand and be offered a significant discount (should they accept) as having difficulty simply walking in your room without being on constant alert is a serious drawback.

Expedia description is not accurate and expedia overcharged me or charged for a room that was not what I got. Property was in poor condition. It is nothing like what is described. We booked at 10:30 pm and expedia did not give any warning about late check in, so we arrived at the property at 11:00 pm and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and then the stuff was rude and we had to wait in the cold without clear directives and we ended up getting the keys past midnight. The only good thing is that it has a good safe parking and the place (besides mold on the bath tub) was overall clean.

Le logement est propre, calme et dispose d'un stationnement privé. L'appartement est climatisé, ce qui est bien agréable par forte chaleur. L'enregistrement ne se fait pas sur place mais au Bar du village. Pas de check out à faire. Restauration possible dans le village.

Confort absolue pour recharger les batteries.

Notre passage d'une nuit avec nos 2 enfants était top, village très sympathique au calme, idéal pour une pause sur un long trajet a effectuer. La clim, le frigo, la cafetière et congélateur son vraiment un plus et les lits super confortables... Très propre, rien a redire très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci a eux.

Hemos estado una noche. Está a 5’ en coche de Burgos. El pueblo es pequeño aunque con todos los servicios ( farmacia, estanco, lotería, piscina). Las cama ancha aunque el colchón un poco blando para mi gusto ( las almohadas buen grueso). Se ve todo nuevo al entrar al apartamento. Creo que no hay ascensor

El apartamento era muy nuevo, pero me hubiese gustado que tuviese algún detalle con nosotros (detalle de bienvenida sobre todo sabiendo que viajamos con niños). Tazas de desayuno en lugar de pocillos y algo tan básico como unas servilletas. Tampoco tenían secador. Y por el precio, creo que no estaría de más que el desayuno estuviera incluído

Buenas experiencia, lo único a mejorar es la ubicación de la recepción que se encuentra en otro edificio a unas calles del establecimiento. Camas personalmente demasiado blandas. Por lo demás todo muy bien, un detalle la cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación.
