  • The house is for 4/6 people has on the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed and a toilet and on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, has a closed garden for herself as well as a hallway. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. It has sheets and towels and there is WIFI
    Surrounded by countryside so it is in a very quiet area. It is very well connected with the rest of Cantabria and near areas of tourist interest such as Santillana del Mar, Altamira Caves, Comillas, Soplao Caves etc.

Happy holiday

A happy couple of weeks in the countryside but close to three very different towns, so plenty to visit without travelling too far. The house was comfortable clean and the garden was delightful.

La casa muy bonita y acogedora, en un entorno idílico y cerquita de la playa de Luaña, en Cóbreces. Pero he de comentar que la limpieza era muy superficial. Creemos, que hemos estrenado el verano (28 de junio del 26) y la limpieza se hizo la última vez que se alquiló y por ello, las superficies estaban llenas de polvo y las arañas habían acampado a sus anchas por toda la casa, en cada rincón había telas de araña con sus inquilinas, incluso dentro de algún armario de la cocina. El horno no se pudo usar, al encenderlo empezó a echar humo y olor a quemado. La vajilla y cubiertos regular y la ropa de cama pasable. Hay gel de ducha, y producto para fregar con estropajo, bayetas y trapo de cocina. La wifi no llego... Marian, la persona con la mantuve contacto en los días previos y la que nos recibió, una persona muy educada y agradable. Mónica y familia.

Schöes Haus mit geringer Küchenausstattung.

Das Haus ist sehr schön aber im Erdgeschoss sehr kalt. Die Küche ist für 5 Personen nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Keine kleinen Schüsseln für Dessert oder Salat. Nur ein Backblech für den Ofen. Die (italienische) Kaffeemaschine ist zu klein für mehr als 2 Personen. Teller und Besteck sind abgezählt für 6 Personen. Es gibt keine Gartenmöbel für den schönen Innenhof. Schöne Terasse mit schattigen Sitzplätzen. Parkplatz im Innenhof. Gutes Internet mit WIFI.

Fuimos por primera vez hace 4 años y ya no hemos hecho clientes fijos, la casa está muy bien, el entorno es muy bonito y tranquilo, y está muy bien situada para salir a hacer visitas por Cantabria incluso para ver algo de Asturias y Pais Vasco
