This is a resort complex and the highlight to our stay in Alexandria. DONT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! The rooms are large, well appointed, great bathroom. The swimming pools inviting. We would only stay here. Highly recommended. Thanks.

This hotel has every thing you need and imaging Alexandria would be. From the amazing view and the incredible hospitality to the month watering food and drinks. The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandria. There a really good shopping mall attached to it with some of the best local brands and restaurants. Althought itis expensive but this is by far the best hotel in Alexandria.

This is my preferred hotel in Alexandria however it is my first visit since it became a Steigenberger hotel. I have stayed at the Steigenberger in Luxor several times, so I was expecting the same level of customer service, I was not disappointed. I think Steigenberger take customer service to the next level. My stay exceeded my expectations and I wished it was longer, next time I will add a few extra days here. A hotel from a by-gone era. Just like out of an Agatha Christie novel or movie. …. Of course it is since, it opened in 1902 and they’ve kept the traditions and service from that time. Where did you last dine, where the restaurant waiters wore black tie with white gloves and your main course was delivered under a cloche. And where chamber maids were dressed in black and white outfits . The hotel service is excellent, restaurant superb and the rooms spacious and clean. You’ll never forget...

We stayed two nights in a triple room. The purpose of our visit was to attend an engagement party. It served the purpose of our stay well. The room was clean and met our needs. It’s not fancy and no real view but it was clean and comfortable

My apartment is clean, had a nice view of the city, modern design, kitchen and bathroom. It's got amenities that I needed such as washing machine, clothes drying rack. It has air condition and fans. It's got a flat screen TV with loads of channels including English speaking channels and movies.
