The rooms were spotless, and the hotel as a whole was exceptionally well maintained. We initially encountered an issue with the room description on Expedia, but the front office manager, Kareem Mohamed, resolved it promptly and ensured we were comfortable and satisfied. We truly appreciate him and his team for going above and beyond to enhance our stay. The service was outstanding, and the staff consistently made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool were fantastic, and the golf cart service made it easy and convenient to travel to the restaurants or back to our tower. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was clean but overcrowded. The air conditioning was very loud in our room. We came before in 2024, the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, now the quality is not good at all just many varieties. The staff at the resturant, at the beach at room service and at the security desks are not professionals yelling and arguing with each other loudly. The beach is full of stones, too bad. Fell down man times coming out of the sea. Lost my sun eye glasses and hurt my knees.

Excellent accommodation. Clean and well furnished rooms with spectacular views of the beach, sea and Alamein towers. We enjoyed having Breakfast at the turquoise restaurant which had a lovely variety of food and very good services and great views.

Yes its a beautiful resort! Rooms are amazing and housekeeping team is top notch-shout out to Helmy and Mohammad on the 19th floor! Front desk were also helpful and smiley! But the service level anywhere else is not representative of a Rixos level! Staff at the buffet, restaurants , bars are clearly not happy working there and it shows in how they deal with customers. At the buffet i asked to get help finding a place for 4 the answer i got was find it yourself. Several in between employees fight were witnessed by our family. And several complaints from guests to manager also in front of me, about issues with the service. If you complain you get extra service because theyre scared to have bad reviews but thats not what a 5 star resort should have as a vision and weve been to several Rixos accross the world; where the service is the center of their mission; this was by far our worst experience. The guests as well were not respectful; some brought loud speakers with them everywhere which is against Rixos regulations, lots of them were swimming in fully dressed attire, beach was not cleaned from the garbage you could find it in the water, guests drunk, cleanliness at the buffet was sub par; we saw people eating off the buffet plates with their hands. And fights between guests about beach chairs, spaces etc-Totally unacceptable environment for the amount of money they charge to get a reservation! Very disappointing experience from a Rixos- too bad because the place is beautiful.

Beautiful property, but service doesn’t match the price Rixos Premium Alamein is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, a stunning beach, and plenty of activities for families. The property itself is impressive, and most rooms appear to have sea views. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars because the service does not match the premium price. The hotel seems overwhelmed when it’s fully booked. The front desk and concierge staff need better training, as they often seemed unsure how to help or simply ignored basic questions. The beach is beautiful, but unless you arrive early, it’s very difficult to find an available umbrella. There should be more shaded areas for guests. Our kids got small cuts from the rocks in the water, and when we went to the clinic, they didn’t even have enough basic bandages. A resort of this size should always have essential first-aid supplies available. The kids’ club also needs improvement. Parents cannot leave their children there, and the staff appeared very young with little supervision. It has potential but needs better organization. Another disappointment was that the air conditioning was turned off in some of the tower lobbies at night, making them too warm to sit in if you wanted to relax or catch up on a little work. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with great potential, but the management and guest services need significant improvement. At $500–600 per night, I expected a much better overall experience.
