"Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay...

"Spent weekend there with my best friend and his two seven year old daughters. We were even able to bring our dogs along. Property was well stocked with all the things we needed (not food, obviously). We had a great time just hanging out and fishing off the dock. Only drawback was water was too mucky to swim on that side of the lake the weekend we went."

"The view was great and the grounds were fine. The cabin itself was very small though. We were in the "Firefly" cabin which says sleeps 4. I am glad we didn't have a 4th person. I don't know where they would have slept. One double bed in one bedroom and then 2 twins in another room - but one of the twin beds was oddly tucked under the other bed. Definitely not for 4 adults. Maybe one adult and 2 kids? If that. We enjoy cooking and spending time in the cabin itself when we are on vacation but that...

"Loved being on the lake! Family of ducks kept us entertained. Brand new dock right out our front door. Everything was clean. Very reasonable and comfortable. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating to our needs. This property is close to town, and not far from the waterpark and brewery/winery. A great time was had by all 4 generations! ❤️"

"This was an absolute amazing cabin. It was a great location right on the lake myself and my kids had a blast fishing off the dock. The host was super communicative answered quickly made us feel right at home from the time we got there even gave a us few fishing area tips. The town was super cute with everything you need right in town. All in all it was a great place to stay."

"Great place, great time. Only negative was the goose poop (maybe put string between the trees by the shore, they won’t come up!). Host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries!"

"Really loved the home, very clean, comfortable had just about everything (no Wi-Fi). The only real issue was the lot wasn’t as level as expected and with my having upcoming hip surgery was a bit of an issue. Fishing and sunsets were fantastic! Would stay again! "This unit was above the boathouse and refitted for guests but was a nice and comfortable 2 bedroom unit literally overlooking the lake. Bathroom was a little tight but there are definitely worse and with the location in town and view of Victoria I’d definitely recommend for those wanting to just relax at the lake. Plus it’s on the chain of lake with tons of good fishing spots. Absolutely worth the price, just make sure to visit Travelers for breakfast while you’re in town! Not a paid...
