Unit is 1500 square feet with large living room, two private bedrooms 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a king. Bunk Room with twin over full bunk beds. Nook bedroom off kitchen with queen bed and privacy screen.. downstairs rents for $250 per night and $175 during off season plus $100 cleaning fee.
