"The property was great and had some very personal touches. I stay in VRBO homes when I travel and this property made me feel very welcome. I also noticed that they had EVERY possible tool/ kitchen utensil that you could possibly need if you had your family stay with you. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay on Lake Martin! "

"Unfortunately there was no air conditioning for our first night and the next day. They did get a new air conditioner installed by 4:30 the following day. I did receive a refund for this day. There were several things that did not work (the fire alarm had no batteries or cover, the bathroom sink stopped up each time it was used, the curtain rod broke the first time we opened the curtains in the bedroom. I shared all of this with the property manager so just be sure the items are repaired before you go. Also, there was only one roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Maybe take some supplies with you."

"It was pretty basic. The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and the rooms have an odor of something in them. Walls are paper thin and staff is scarce. Really just a 3 out of 5 and barely that. "
