This charming, detached stone house has been imaginatively furnished to offer you a comfortable and welcoming stay. You will appreciate its contemporary 9m² veranda, a true open-plan living space overlooking the flower-filled and wooded garden, with no overlooking neighbors.
Just 70m from the cottage, an 8-hectare pond awaits you, accessible via a path. Not private, it is dedicated to catch-and-release fishing: roach, carp, perch, pike, and eels. A fishing permit is provided, and a rowboat is available for you to enjoy the pond, whether for fishing or simply for a leisurely paddle.
Whether you are a fisherman or a nature lover, you will enjoy the setting at the heart of a 4000m² landscaped property. The Mayenne River, classified as a second-category fishing river, is also accessible 6 km away.
