The 48m² apartment was completely renovated in 2021, 2 main rooms + bathroom with all comforts, integrated kitchen, air-conditioned veranda, 63m² furnished terrace, parking in front of the accommodation, outdoor games (ping-pong table, swings, slide, sandpit).
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a small village located between Annecy, the lake and the resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz and Manigod.
You will find many summer and winter activities in the surrounding area, walking for all levels, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, via ferrata, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, paragliding, water skiing, paddle, swimming, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, petanque, bowling, tree climbing, hot air ballooning, ideal region for two wheels (bike, motorbike) enough to do thousands of km while enjoying the landscape.
But also the catering, the local cheeses such as reblochon, stuffing and many other gourmet dishes.
Enough to fill his holiday days.
