Casa del Grano is a charming vacation apartment in Lower Salento, in the historic center of a small village called Montesardo.
Derived from an old barn that has been renovated and lofted, the one-bedroom apartment is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, kitchenette with toaster, microwave and electric oven, etc.

The ancient stone vaulting brought back into view tells the story of this old barn that now offers all its authentic charm as a vacation home.
The room, cleverly lofted in light and bright wood, is divided into living and sleeping areas. At the entrance is the living room with an open kitchen and dining room. At the back, next to an antique fireplace, is 1 comfortable sofa bed for two.
Open stairs lead to the loft, where there are 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Finally, the cottage has 1 full shower room in which there is a washing machine.

Casa del Grano stands along one of the narrow streets of the historic center of Montesardo, a small hamlet of Alessano, located in Lower Salento, about 184 m above sea level.
The small hamlet is just 2 km from Alessano, where all the main services are located. The nearest seaside resort is Marina di Novaglie, just 5 km away. Santa Maria di Leuca, just 10 km away, is also very close.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
ì- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
