"I had the best time staying here during my time in Cebu! The resort is very relaxing, with a private beach and very nice pool area. The food at the resorts restaurant was also very good! "Overall experience is excellent, the wifi coverage is only available at the reception and pool area but it wasn't really a deal breaker for me because we are mostly spending our time at the beach and more on the outside activities. "Harman Suites is conveniently located in Pagsamana Road with lots of cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Moalboal beach for sardine runs and turtle watch activities is just a 3 minute walk away, and guests can use snorkel masks and life vests free of charge. The location is clean, with adequate amenities, well maintained and quiet. Highly recommended for a short stay to enjoy Moalboal and the surrounding Cebu attractions!"

"Pool area perfect for sunset, sat on bench or lounger or direct drop off onto sea. Staff helpful and friendly. Ac works well. 20 min walk to town tho. "

"The view was nice. I didn't like the fact that they advertised fully refundable and then when you want to change your plans and go elsewhere because you realize the place sucks.....that's when expedia tells you no refundat all, even though expedia advertised that the place was fully refundable. I didn't like the fact that the beds were like sleeping on bricks. I didn't like the infestation of ants. I didn't like the fact that i paid extra for king sized bed and it's just two twin beds pushed together. I didn't like that it took a whole day to swap out a tv that i could have done in 5 minutes tops! I didn't like the fact that they advertise daily house keeping, but i was there 5 days and never saw them change my sheets or supply new towels once! I didn't like the fact that there's no sign to find the place, very out of the way. How the hell they scored a 8 is beyond me, 4 ok 5 at best this place is not worth the money.....it sucked."

"This property is right on the bluff overlooking the ocean. The view is breathtaking. The ocean and snorkeling right in front of the resort is great. The dive facility on site is a 5 star PADI resort and it is top notch. Resort is walking distance to everything."
