SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"

"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet. "
