The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, limited tea/coffee supplies with extras needed to be bought from the mini market onsite which wasn’t open during my stay.
The sauna was not functioning either.
Gluten free options at breakfast were limited despite giving enough notice of my dietary needs. The location and overall look of the hotel was good.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest!
This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious.

"This was an amazing resort… Rooms were clean whelm maintained, as well as the rest of the property. Food options at the resort were not five star but very very good. Drinks were on the pricey side, however, you expect that while traveling abroad. Would have been nice to know there was construction ..."

"Nice room, but could be updated. Found a lot of ants in the room and the blanket was thin with an old thick wool blanket underneath between the sheet and the blanket. Seemed strange for a 5 star hotel - a comforter or duvet would be nice."
