Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this charming villa located in the peaceful urbanisation of Manresa, Alcudia. With capacity for 7 people, this property is just 20 steps from the beach, offering direct access to the sea without the need for planning. Relax on the terrace with a barbecue while enjoying the stunning views.

The interior of the villa is spacious and modern, with a bright living-dining room perfect for family or friends gatherings. Equipped with satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in all rooms, this Villa offers a comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. The gas kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals, and the house also has an independent laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The villa has 4 bedrooms: two with single beds and two with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the property. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

Located in one of the most tranquil areas of Pollença Bay, the villa is surrounded by a natural environment and mostly inhabited by local residents. Just a few minutes by car, you will find all kinds of services and entertainment, from shops to restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The markets of Alcudia, which take place on Tuesdays and Sundays, are a must-visit, as are the Roman ruins and the nearby beaches of Muro, Can Picafort and Formentor.

Familienurlaub

Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und wir verbrachten hier gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet; leider sehr hellhörig durch laut schließende Türen und dünne Wände. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
