Villa Heura is located in Bonaire, a quiet residential area of Alcúdia, with easy access by car to beaches, restaurants and local services. The location allows you to enjoy open views of Pollensa Bay and conveniently access the beaches of Alcúdia and Muro, as well as Puerto de Pollensa and other points of interest in northern Mallorca.



Services and conditions of the stay.



– The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– 24-hour assistance is offered throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to guarantee guests' peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions and providing hand-to-hand key delivery and collection.

– At the time of making the reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation.



House rules and schedules.



– Check-in: from 16:00.

– Check-out: until 10:00.

– Parties and events are not permitted.

– Pets are not permitted.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from their obligation to care for the property during the stay. No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable. Rubbish must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid at checkout. The meter will be read both at check-in and checkout.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 h incurs an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00 h, €50, however there is the option of self check-in with staff welcome the following day.
