Beautiful Home!

The great place we had such a fun time staying in this place! The owner and house manager were extremely communicative, and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!

Rustic Villa

We enjoyed our holiday but the lack of air con was a struggle given the heat. The villa was nice but needs some TLC and tidying up. The layout wasn't clearly explained on the listing, there is a separate annex which might work for some people but not others. There is a roof terrace but no furniture on it which is a shame. The cupboards and drawers are very cluttered and need a tidy/clean up. The location is nice but walking anywhere would be a challenge as the villa is up a big hill. There is a car on the driveway which has flat tyres and looks like it's been dumped, this should be covered over as the first impression is spoilt by this. The pool was nice but is deep throughout, this could be explained in the listing. The chlorine tablets were straight in the pool as the dispenser which was left by the shower was broken, with young children diving down picking things up having these exposed isn't ideal. Various handles / locks need some maintenance. Wouldn't return to this villa again, mainly due to the air con and overall tidiness.

Grundstück sehr ungepflegt, Schränke riechen nach nassen Wänden. Geräte kaputt. Hausmeister hat keine Privatsphäre respektiert. Kam einfach immer in den Garten oder in die Zimmer und beschwerte sich das wir am ende noch Müll ubrig hatten. Passiert halt bei 8 Personen. Fur den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Waren sehr enttäuscht.

Der Urlaub in der Villa de Bonaire vom 26.Juli - 9.August war sehr schön.Es gab genügend Platz für 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.Der Hausverwalter ein netter und kommunikativer Mann.( wahr mehrmals vor Ort ).Einziges Manko , die Kaffeemaschine, dauert ca. eine halbe Stunde für einen Durchlauf.Vielleicht noch die fehlende Klimaanlage , zum schlafen war es schon sehr warm.Aber das wusten wir ja vorher.Hatten einen schönen Urlaub , gerne wieder.Mit freundlichen Grüßen M. Ferienhaus

Baustelle in der Nähe, war nicht so schön. Küche müsste renoviert werden. Ebenso die Bäder. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Jahresurlaub mit der Familie

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😉Es ist ein tolles Haus in einer schönen Gegend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Poolboy war super nett und sehr bemüht. Mein Mann hätte den Vorplatz am liebsten ein wenig versorgt, leider hat er kein entsprechendes Werkzeug gefunden 😂

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell geholfen. Der Boiler ging während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt und wurde in weniger als 24 Stunden ohne Probleme ersetzt. Das Haus hat ein paar kleinere Mängel - hakende Schlösser, klemmende Fenster oder wackelige Stühle - welche ohne großen Aufwand behoben werden sollten. Diese haben unsere Urlaubsfreuden und unserem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch getan. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub mit Freundinnen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas Abseits. D.h. sofern man irgendwo hin möchte oder einen größeren Einkauf durchführen möchte und man hat kein Mietauto, ist man immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Die Tischbestuhlungen und Essen im Außenbereich ist für Gruppen >6 Personen schon etwas eng und das Vorbeigehen im überdachten Bereich ist bei voller Tischbesetzung quasi nicht möglich. Das restliche Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Betten waren bequem. Leider etwas wenig Ablagefläche für Klamotten in manchen Räumen und wenig Steckdosen. Mückenschutz ist vor Ort gewesen und noch restliche Lebensmittel/Öl/etc. von den Vorgängern.

Super Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und angenehm in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Konisch war nur, dass drei mal der Verwalter oder Besitzer einfach ohne Ankündigung im Garten stand. Fanden wir jetzt nicht so toll... Gewöhnt euch an den Wasserspränkler jeden tag un 04:30 😅 Ansonsten hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus war mega. Die Lage ist top, schnell in den Bergen und schnell an einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht. Ein Auto würde ich empfehlen, um Großeinkäufe sorgenfrei zu tätigen. Allerdings kommt man auch für 10€ mit einem Taxi in die nächste Stadt wo man alles findet was man braucht. Das Haus an sich mit dem Außengelände ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mit 11 Personen im Alter zwischen 20-25 da und hatten jeglichen Platz, den wir benötigten. Lediglich ein Problem mit Mücken hat uns alle sehr geplagt, da würde ich mir echt im Vorhinein etwas für überlegen. Kaputt machen, kann das unseren Aufenthalt allerdings nicht. Jeder Zeit würde ich das Haus nochmal buchen. Unglaubliche Erinnerungen.

Grünes Paradies

sehr schön, die Bilder im Internet sind voll zutreffend, großzügige Ausstattung vorhanden (auch für 8 Personen voll ausreichend). Der Pool ist groß und gerade zum Schwimmen bestens geeignet und schon angenehm warm. Der Garten ist eine Oase und vor "Blicken" geschützt. Leider sind die Moskitos ein echtes Ärgernis; daher entsprechenden Schutz mitbringen. Positiv, dass die wesentlichen Fenster mit Moskitoschutz versehen sind. Idee: Die Tür zur Terrasse sollte auch so einen Schutz haben (Querlüften dann unkomplizierter möglich). Wir waren im Hochsommer vor Ort, die Temperatur im Haus hatte nahe 28 Grad; war im Vorfeld aber klar, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist (erwähnen wir aber bewusst). Vielen Dank an Frau Dahl als zuständige Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort)

Familievennlig villa i et av de beste områdene på Mallorca

Vi hadde et flott 2 ukers opphold her. Området villaen ligger i er fantastisk vakkert og rolig. Gåavstand til flere lokale og gode restauranter. Villaen var pent møblert og hadde det vi trengte. Ettersom vi var der i juli skulle vi ønske vi hadde hatt tilgang på aircondition men dette var vi klar over at ikke var tilgjengelig. Totalt sett en super ferie for voksne og barn.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles da was man braucht, schön eingerichtet und sogar eine Außenküche gibt es. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Bucht und natürlich der große Garten mit dem Pool. Bon Aire ist ruhig und top gelegen, das Haus ist ungefähr in der Mitte des Hangs. Die Vermieter und die Verwalterin vor Ort waren sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
