Villa Can Cosme is a beautiful Mallorcan style four bedrooms villa situated away from the busy road in between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This exceptional villa nestles peacefully on a fenced-in private property of 6.611 m² at the edge of S'Albufereta Reserve.It is set within a lush garden of mature palms and manicured trees. Spectacular gardens, mountain views and rolling fields offer a magical atmosphere and extreme peace for those who are staying at the villa. The large private swimming pool with roman steps (8.75m x 3.85m, D: 1.1m – 2m) is located at the centre of garden. Next to the pool you can also find some loungers at the lawn, ideal for a relaxing time and hot summer days.The interiors of Can Cosme are very welcoming, with rustic stone walls, beamed ceilings and wooden furniture.The villa is set on 2 floors and is nicely furnished combining traditional elements with modern details. The main entrance to the property is through the large lounge/dining room which has a direct access to a big seating terrace. A door on the other side leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you can find 2 bedrooms – a double bedroom (air-conditioned), a full bathroom, a twin bedroom (air-conditioned) and a shower room. Going up the stairs to the first floor you will find two other twin bedrooms (both are air-conditioned). One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.Villa Can Cosme - great peaceful place to spend the holidays with your family and friends!Comfort and services:Parking, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Barbecue, High Chair, Cot, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). Very nice accommodation!!

This accommodation was actually better then we initially thought. The location is very nice, it is very close to Alcudia and the sea but at the same time it is in a really quiet spot overlooking a very nice lake (with the occasional Flamngos). The villa itself was very clean and spacious and had all the commodities needed for a very relaxing vacation. The contact with Xisco went very well and he explained everything well. -

Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the garden and the environment were also beautiful! We like the key box and easy access. We would have been happy with more dishwasher capsules and more filled hand washing tubes because they ran out after 2-3 days.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Finca. Die finca hat eine ruhige Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur insbesondere mit Peter war reibungslos, alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und Peter war sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft, inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Der Aussenbereich ist perfekt , der Innenbereich zweckmäßig, Teilbereiche könnten sicherlich renoviert werden, insbesondere der Küchenbereich. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt, ebenso kommt nach einer Woche jemand zur Innenreinigung was sehr angenehm ist. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett und wir haben tolle Tips erhalten.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist perfekt. Wir waren mit 6 Personen so hatte jedes Pärchen ein Bad. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und es gibt viele Decken und Kissen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,es ist viel schon vorhanden, Alles funktioniert super. WLAN ist gut im Haus und nah dran. Großer Parkplatz für mindestens 2 Autos. Für die Schlüsselübergabe bekommt man einen Code und alle Infos über WhatsApp.

Great villa for flamingos watching!

This villa certainly has the wow factor and the location is stunning. We could watch flamingos from the terrace of Villa Can Cosme! It was simply unique... Supper close to beach, town and restaurants! Lots of space for a large group and the pool was amazing. 100% recommend!

Super tolles Villa in Alcudia

Die Villa hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Umgebung ist super schön. Der Stadt Alcudia ist nur 5 Minuten weit mit dem Auto, wo gibt es Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war fantastisch. Schnelle Antwort und sehr höfliche, effiziente Arbeiter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Amazing holiday experience

This villa is very nice and with thick mallorcan stone walls, which made it cooler because the weather was warm for October. It is located in the countryside between Alcúdia and Port de Pollensa and has everything needed to spend great holidays. Very nice garden/lounge area and just 5min away by car from the town. Everything was clean and tidy and the communication with the host was fantastic. Fast reply and very polite efficient workers. We will be definitely back. Thank you, Mallorca Holiday Properties.
