The lower floor has a large living room designed and furnished in a modern style where priority is given to natural light. It has all the amenities, plasma satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, DVD, CD and direct access to the garden, solarium and pool. Next to the living room, in an integrated way is the kitchen, brimming with light, an impressive space where both its impressive design and its careful equipment stand out: oven, vitro, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils, the plant lower, also has two equipped rooms with a nice central bathroom, all with equipment for babies and children.
The upper floor has two suites. Both have a large space, a nice dressing room, integrated bathroom, separate shower and AC, the master suite has a whirlpool, large outside terrace and views.
Garden, private pool and barbecue complete an unforgettable vacation.

Superb villa

This villa is everything it a appears to be! It was our first time staying at a villa and it was a great first experience. Location ideally located the old town is a 10 min walk away and the new town is a 10 min drive. There are two local bars which are only 5 mins from villa with a small quiet beach near. We managed to get by without a car Amenities Fully equipped utility room and kitchen has what you you need to cook though I personally could have done with more trays for the oven. Not that we spent much time indoors but for those who like a bit of tv the channels are very limited and mostly ones that don't speak English. WiFi was very poor and inconsistent, which for us grown ups wasn't a problem but some of the children found frustrating. Hygiene The place was spotless the cleaners do a wonderful job as it felt like everything was new. Safety there's a safe which did get stuck on us but a bit of brut force seemed to do the trick. The gate can not be open from the outside and all shutters lock. Beware but the floors can get slippy with the water from the pool. The pool the pool is great though it does not have a shallow end, I'm 5ft 3" and I couldn't stand on the floor . We bought life jackets for the kids which gave our minds peace. Overall A well located, modern, clean family villa which would sleep 8 people comfortably. We didn't want to come home and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great vacation in North Mallorca

I spent almost two weeks with my family here during summer (end of July, beginning of August). We were already familiar with the area, a small residential community on the bay of Pollensa but only about a kilometer from the city walls of Alcudia). It really is the kind of place you're sure to want to return to, where Mallorcan families spend their summers and only a few lucky tourists can spend some days. In the area there are limited commercial establishments (a kind of a convenience/grocery/souvenir shop, a hotel about 400m away and a quaint "pub" with a terrace that overlooks the whole bay of Pollensa and Formentor, the perfect place to watch the sunset). You might be able to get by without one, but a car to get to get around and do your shopping in Alcudia and visit the rest of the island is the best bet. The house itself is brand new, according to the owners opened around Easter of this year. It really is a nicely thought-out place with 4 very spacious rooms. When you walk in, there is a beautiful open concept living-dining area. The upstairs has two "suites", that are practically identical, each with its own bathroom and walk in closet. Downstairs are two further large bathrooms with closets and a very practical shared bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen we found some welcome items (fruit, wine, olive oil) to get us on a good start to our holiday.The kitchen is fully equipped and it seems that they have put a lot of thought into nothing missing. You can tell that the home is planned for vacation rental but not stocked with hand me down furniture and kitchen utensils as other places we have stayed. Most decorations and materials seemed to be from Ikea but with a quality feel. The back porch is where we spent most of the time, sipping a cocktail or a wine and enjoying the pool. Sometimes it took us a bit of effort to move away from there to get to the beach or go on an excursion. The house, appliances etc. as mentioned are brand new and though we didn't use it, apparently there is satellite TV. We had some minor glitches with the Internet connection and the owners were willing to let us use their mobile phone connection until it had been repaired. They were also very understanding when we let them know that we had broken a table by sitting on it (they blamed the table and said they would look into getting a better one!). As you can see, we were completely happy with our stay, the area, and the house, we'll miss it and look forward to returning.
