Villa Verd is a beautiful country house, finished with stone in the Majorcan style, located in a quiet area surrounded by holm oak and pine woods and around the finca, orange trees.
The house is a bungalow; it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large well equipped kitchen, living - dining room with two sofas, wood burning stove and satellite TV. The decoration is modern and bright with some traditional Mallorcan touches.
Outside, the large covered terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbecue or contemplate the well kept and pleasant gardens with the lovely lawn area around the swimming pool and the views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There is also a table tennis table to occupy the children and adults alike before cooling off in the swimming pool.
It is near the towns of Pollensa and Alcúdia, with their beautiful beaches and a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife all within a few minutes drive. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
