Outside, you’ll find a private pool, garden, barbecue, and multiple terraces—perfect for soaking up the Mallorcan sun or enjoying meals outdoors with family and friends. Just 200 meters from the beach, the home is set in a prime location for a family-friendly holiday. The calm, shallow waters make it perfect for children, while nearby "Sa Marina" attracts water sports lovers with kite surfing and windsurfing. The charming old town of Alcudia is a short walk away, where visitors can explore historic streets, sample delicious tapas, and browse local shops. The nearby port also offers dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife options. Spanning 208 m² across two floors, the house offers a bright and welcoming interior. The ground floor includes a cozy living area with a TV corner, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Bella Mar II. Het zwembad was een hit bij de kinderen en ik vond het geweldig hoe dicht we bij Playa Voramar zaten. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor gezinsmaaltijden. Ik had alleen gewild dat er meer restaurants op loopafstand waren, maar het is ons gelukt. We komen zeker terug!
