Villa Los Nueve Pinos (The Nine Pines) is a modern architect designed villa in the quiet neighbourhood of Bonaire, near Alcudia

5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa with a large Private Swimming Pool, WiFi, close to the beautiful Bonaire beaches. Sleeps a maximum of 10 people.

This stunning, contemporary villa has been renovated by an innovative team of creative architects and interior designers to the highest possible standards.



It is situated in one of the best parts of the exclusive residential urbanisation of Bonaire, near the historical town of Alcúdia. The cute marina and restaurants are all within a short walk from the villa and the delightful beaches only a little further on. The villa is set in immaculately landscaped gardens, with a large pool (12m x 6m) which is embedded in the manicured lawns and is surrounded by ample terraces, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.



The interior is thoughtfully laid-out, with all rooms having large windows or French doors, allowing for plenty of sunlight and lovely views over the garden. The spacious living / dining room and kitchen, which have been equipped and fitted with top-of-the-range furniture and appliances, occupy the raised ground floor. These areas have doors out onto the large terrace with its stunning views down over the Bay of Pollensa and to the mountains beyond.



The villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms whilst the three twin bedrooms share two shower rooms.



The villa offers all the modern comforts to be expected in such a unique property, including reversible air conditioning throughout. Additionally there is a garage with a table tennis table.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic Eco tax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

"Your villa was perfect and we all enjoyed staying there and using it as a base to explore from. Our adult children hired bikes to go on early morning long bike rides and hiking and came back enthusing about how beautiful it was. Whilst my husband and I were very happy chilling by the pool and trips to the coves. All of which we visited nearby. Great restaurant suggestions and we loved Bonaire, they were so friendly.
