Villa Rosita 12 offers a sunny exterior where you can relax on sunbeds or in the outdoor chill-out area. Its terraces are also equipped with tables ideal for entertaining meals. And on one of them, we find the perfect barbecue for grill lovers.

Inside the house we find a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning for hot and cold, Smart TV and fibre optic WIFI as well as a comfortable sofa to relax on and a very spacious kitchen. The House is very nice and close to the beach. It is near shopping places but far enough to not hear noises New beds are needed. Something has tonbe done with the smell of the wardrobe. In the kitchen there are some small things left like a kitchen knife and cutting board

Proximity to the beach. Less than 1 minute from front door. Early morning coffee sitting on the sand, watching the sun come up. Long walks on the endless beach. Sundowner gin and tonics, endless list. We were a bit cold at nighttime in bed. Suggest that maybe duvets are supplied for the earlier time of the year. We had to use extra fleece blankets on the bed and we think it would be more comfortable with duvets.

Super Lage nur 150 m vom besten Sandstrand

Das Highlight an diesem Haus ist die Lage. Man hat nur etwa 150 mtr. zum besten Strandabschnitt der Bucht Alcudias, da dort keine Hotels in StrandnĂ€he liegen. Das wiederum hat zur Folge, dass man dann zum Einkaufen und fĂŒr Restaurantbesuche lĂ€ngere Wege in Kauf nehmen muss. Technisch ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, in der KĂŒche waren folgende GerĂ€te vorhanden: 4 Flammen Gaskochfeld, E-Backofen, KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombi, SpĂŒlmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster, im Nebenraum der Garage mit elektrischem Toröffner eine Waschmaschine. Leider stimmen die Katalogbilder und die RealitĂ€t ĂŒberhaupt nicht mehr ĂŒberein. Es gibt rund ums Haus ĂŒberhaupt kein GrĂŒn mehr, ausser in den NachbargĂ€rten. Auch sonst hat das Haus schon bessere Tage gesehen, meiner Meinung nach hat man in den letzten Jahren versĂ€umt etwas zu investieren (z.B. ein neuer Anstrich von Haus und Fenstern / Mobiliar). Innen ist alles funktional eingerichtet, dass war es aber dann auch schon. In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer haben die Betten den Charakter von Feldbetten, dort wurden die Kopfteile von Bettgestellen an die Wand geschraubt, davor findet sich dann aber nur ein "Feldbett", kein norrnales Bettgestell. Das finde ich , zumal das Haus als Villa beworben wird, was beim Kunden gewisse QualitĂ€tsansprĂŒche weckt, ziemlich schlecht. Im Aussenbereich standen neben einem Gartenschirm auch Gartenmöbel zur VerfĂŒgung. Leider hatten auch diese ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich, der Tisch war derart instabil, dass man sich schon gar nicht mehr getraut hat, darauf etwas zu zerschneiden. Einer der vier GartenstĂŒhle war defekt. Außerdem standen fĂŒr 6 Personen (dafĂŒr wird das Haus beworben) nur zwei LiegestĂŒhle zur VerfĂŒgung. Ich habe das umgehend mehrfach persönlich im BĂŒro bemĂ€ngelt, geĂ€ndert hat sich insofern nur, dass der defekte Stuhl durch Kleben (!) instandgesetzt wurde, sonst hat innerhalb von drei Wochen nichts getan. Und dann kam noch das Regenwasser durch die Decke im Bad. Da war dann meine Toleranzschwelle ĂŒberschritten. So nie mehr!

BekvÀmt boende för tvÄ familjer (3 plus 3)

Vi var tvÄ familjer som delade detta parhus en vecka i Alcudia. Huset Àr bekvÀmt och stort nog för mÄnga vuxna (vi reste med tre tonÄringar). LÀget Àr helt fantastiskt i förhÄllande till stranden och stranden i sig Àr underbar! Det var ovant med utomhus-badrum, men för oss fungerade det utmÀrkt. Bra nÀr man kom frÄn stranden, smidigt dÄ man Àter utomhus. VÄrt enda problem var att komma in med en minivan genom grindarna. Om nÄgon parkerat pÄ gatan mittemot grinden var det i princip omöjligt att köra in/ut pÄ genom grinden (som alltsÄ Àr rÀtt smal). Jag tror inte det Àr nÄgot problem med en mindre bil.

Optimale Lage zum Strand, Haus und Service eher unbefriedigend

Hallo, wir haben keine großen AnsprĂŒche, dennoch sind einige Dinge nicht so gelaufen, wie wir es uns gewĂŒnscht hĂ€tten. Die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Eine halbe Minute und man ist am Meer. Das Haus allerdings ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind extrem durch gesessen. Bei den Sesseln hat man das GefĂŒhl man sitzt auf dem Boden. Auch die Matratzen der Betten sind durch gelegen. Ich habe mich sehr auf mein Bett und ruhigen Schlaf gefreut. Aber das ist vielleicht auch subjektiv. Ich brauche eben eine harte Matratze und keine weiche. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Man hatte nur ein Laken zum schlafen und es waren keine weiteren Decken im Haus. Auf nachfragen nach Zudecken, sagte man uns, das sie gebracht werden. Auf erneutes nachfragen hieß es, man wĂŒsste nichts davon und es sollten umgehend Decken gebracht werden. Es kamen nie Decken bei uns an. Ein Punkt der sehr störend war... Das Bad roch die ganze Zeit nach Kanalisation. Man konnte nur auf die Toilette gehen. Alles andere musste man quasi im Schlafzimmer machen (kĂ€mmen, schminken...). Ich habe teilweise einen WĂŒrgereiz bekommen. Ich habe mir das von den Verwaltern auch bestĂ€tigen lassen. Das Problem war auch bekannt, denn es standen 3 Dufterfrischer im Bad. Man versprach uns das Problem zulösen, aber auch hier ist niemand gekommen. Aussitzen ist die offensichtlich die Devise. Wenn ich soviel Geld fĂŒr ein Haus bezahle, möchte ich auch alle RĂ€ume nutzen können. FĂŒr mich eine klare Abwertung des Objektes. Was uns auch noch negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der Service. Unser Flieger ging um 20 Uhr und die Immobilie war nach uns nicht vermietet. Wir haben darum gebeten, die Immobilie erst um 15 Uhr rĂ€umen zu dĂŒrfen. Der Reinigungsservice kommt ja sowieso erst ab 17 Uhr. Diese Bitte wurde uns verweigert, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wir wĂ€ren gerne nochmal baden und dann uns abduschen gegangen. Ich habe schon öfter Immobilien gebucht, bisher sind uns die Vermieter da auch immer entgegen gekommen. Zumal wir am Anreisetag auch erst um 23 Uhr im Haus waren. Nun gut. Das sind sie Punkte, die uns zur Abwertung der vollen Punktzahl bewegt haben. Top Lage, Haus - naja, Bad geht gar nicht und Service einfach nur schade....
