Generally a nice clean hotel. Nice food and friendly staff. Totally recommend
Stayed 3 nights in May 2019
THE HOTEL WAS GENERLLY A BIT TIRED. I had booked 4 rooms for my family, at the height of the season as we had schoolchildren in our party, for a special group holiday. I was exceedingly shocked and very embarrassed to see the state of all of our bathrooms, Floor tiles lifting, wall tiles cracked, and some replaced with mismatched tiles, black stained grouting, towel rails, shower heads, taps etc rusting - very, very shabby. The mattress cover in my son's mother-in-law's room was badly stained on the side -fortunately not in the centre of the bed -must have been a glass of wine or cup of coffee. My son's bathroom was further unsatisfactory as it was a "Cubical room" placed in one corner with a low ceiling. Being tall he could not stand up to take a shower. One very unhappy mummy bunny !! However The food, the friendly staff, the fantastic beach bar, beautiful beach and sea were so good that these facts enabled us to cope with the unsatisfactory bathrooms for the duration of our stay.
Pros: we enjoyed the food, the staff were very friendly , the beach bar was fantastic and the beach gently shelving into the lovely clear blue sea
Cons: all the bathrooms need upgrading as does the hotel in general
Location: Rather close to seaside shops but easy walk down a side street to avoid good bus service to other areas and car hire to visit the mountains

Very well received by the staff besides arriving early hours of the morning. Staff really helpful and friendly. Food was reasonably good, plent of choices breakfast to dinner. Will definitely go back again

Best food. Lovely location for beach.
Had a lovely week all inclusive. Only 1 thing was lifts. They were too small especially in morning with maids queuing to use them. Would go back to hotel.
