We were very impressed with Blue Attic, it’s modern inside with a large patio area to the rear overlooking the harbour in Port Alcudia. It contained the essentials for self catering. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Spacious, clean, lots of things provided which was very helpful and generous - including cooking oil, teabags, fabulous welcome pack, washing up things etc. My partner and I loved our stay here, perfect spot right in central Alcudia. Would definitely recommend. The view is simply stunning. Thank you for a great holiday, we hope to come back!

This is a gorgeous apartment with the most stunning sea/marina views in the centre of Port d’Alcudia. The apartment itself has absolutely everything you need for a holiday. Beautifully furnished with a great welcome pack. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend it.

There is a supermarket right in front the of the apartment and I was preparing a rich fruit salad on the terrace every morning. The beach is very close on a 3 minutes walk. Very nicely furnished flat. Neat. Good air conditioning. Beautiful view of the bay of Alcúdia. Nice surprise: fresh beer, bottle of wine and biscuits. Plenty of towels. Close to beach, shops and bars. Lift was broken throughout stay. Flat on the 5th floor. Annoying with suitcases and shopping. Pity the sun loungers shown in the picture were not there. Cockroaches came from under the cupboard in the kitchen in the evening.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Lage und super Blick. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und nur ein Duschvorhang. Es lässt sich nicht vermeiden dass der Boden Nass ist. Das Bett ist sehr klein und ein Topper wäre von Vorteil.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder Handtuchhalter im Bad wären hilfreich, auch den Duschvorhang finde ich nicht so schön

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, da die Unterkunft sehr sauber ist. Der Balkon ist Mega, wir haben jeden Morgen draußen gefrühstückt und hatten einen super Ausblick! Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre,ist die Dusche mit dem Vorhang. Dieser scheint zwar neu zu sein aber eine Glasscheibe wäre um einiges besser. Wir würden die Wohnung auf alle Fälle nochmals buchen !!

Personal war sehr freundlich und hat unsere Wünsche voll erfüllt. Natürlich die Aussicht über den Hafen hinweg war spitze! Das Begrüßungspaket war überraschend gut zusammengestellt! Was wir nicht recht in Anspruch nehmen konnten war der Balkon. Warum: Bei dem heißen Wetter konnte die Markiese keinen Schatten bringen, haben dadurch den Balkon selten benutzt (müsste schräger angebracht werden). Ferner müsste für das fr. Bett zwei einzelne Einheiten geschaffen werden (man zieht bei jeder Bewegung dem Partner das Oberbett weg).

Die Wohnung hat alles was man zu zweit benötigt, selbst einen guten Kaffeevollautomaten. Es st einfach schön auf der Terrasse die Zeit zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegene und trotzdem ruhig. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles perfekt. Check In sehr unkompliziert, sehr netten Service, unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Haffen und Meer. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken ist ein Traum. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern- und vor allem wirklich toll gelegen mit einer großen Terrasse, von der man einen schönen Blick über den Yachthafen und die Promenade hat. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich umfassend- in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Einzig das Schlafzimmer fällt etwas ab: das Fenster ist unbrauchbar, da es in einen überdachten Lichthof führt und die Luft dort schlimmer als im Zimmer ist und sich das Fenster nicht vernünftig verdunkeln lässt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist unter Hauptsaison-Bedingungen mit Sicherheit ein ziemliches Problem! Für uns in der Corona-Saison war es in Ordnung! Manchmal musste man ein bisschen suchen, aber wir haben in der Umgebung immer etwas gefunden. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
