Extras: electricity is charged at 0.40 per electrical socket. Approximately 10 euros per day for reasonable electricity use and the use of the hot/cold air conditioning unit. The Balearic Islands tourist tax is also payable and is collected directly by the host.

The living room offers the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun. Settle into the sofa and enjoy a good book in comfort by the fireplace, or take advantage of all the amenities provided, such as the flat-screen satellite TV, a CD player, and a DVD player.
You can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then enjoy them at the dining table, which seats 4, or outdoors in the garden or on the terrace while taking in the views of the pool and the lake.
The beach villa features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
