The location was fantastic, overlooking the marina and only a short walk to the beach and great choice of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and felt nice and spacious. The only issue we had was with trying to open the main door from the street. The buzzer system didn't seem to open the electronic door catch very well. However, once we had managed to gain access, a cleaner showed us how to get in using the keys. Would have been useful to have this information in the welcome emails. But only a small criticism.

This is a fabulous apartment. It had everything we neededwanted. The terrace was a wonderful place to watch the world go by. Despite being right on the front, it was also quite private. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard. The photographs on the website are exactly how you find the apartment. The people at the agency were very helpful and friendly and were easy to get in touch with. There were shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A particular favourite restaurant of ours was sa Roqueta - but you must book! The beach was also very close, a few minutes walk. During our week there the weather was very hot, but the apartment stayed cool which was very useful. The bus stop and the taxi rank is a 10 minute walk away, just past the Tourist Information office. They are very helpful in the office. They explained to us how easy it is to get buses to lots of places on the island and so when we explored we used the bus service. Nothing

We had a very nice stay at the property. The location is very nice, and close by to anything you could imagine! The house is very clean, well maintained and fully equipped. We had a very good interaction with the agency. We had an issue with opening the balcony door on a stormy Sunday and someone came to fix it. we really appreciated this! Thank you again for everything, I would recommend this place to anyone!

A spacious, light, airy apartment at the centre of the resort, superb facilities (Expresso machine) and utilities (dishwasher) in a relaxed modern open setting with amazing balcony and views. Could not fault the apartment. We did struggle with the keys to the apartment. It took a couple of days to find the knack to opening the doors, it was difficult arriving late at night and thinking the keys didn't fit the locks? Also after 7 days we still never worked out where we were meant to put the rubbish bags? A little leaflet on this would help other guests. The patio door was also a bit of a mystery to begin with, again just a little note for future guests. Apart from those small things a fantastic apartment.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und die komplette Ausstattung wirkt sehr neuwertig. Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie einem weiteren Zimmer mit Einzelbett. Die separate Küche ist mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Über den sehr großen Smart TV im Wohnzimmer kann auf alle gängigen Apps wie Netflix zugegriffen werden, das Streaming läuft ohne ruckeln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr große Balkon mit Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Durch die zentrale Lage sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Hauseingang. Der große öffentliche und kostenlose Parkplatz in Alcúdia bietet ausreichen Parkmöglichkeiten und ist nur ca. 300 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
