About this property

T2 4 km from the beach, with pool and garden

  • Situated in a small village in the center of the country, 5 minutes from the beach, 2km from the entrance to the A8 S. Martinho do Porto / Alfeizerão and just 1 hour from Lisbon, the House of the Grandparents is the ideal place for a few days of tranquility between the countryside and the beach.
    Private accommodation consists of 2 apartments. Apartment in the R / C with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Apartment on the 1st floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Parking in private courtyard, garden and pool, Wi-Fi, cleaning and change of linen 1 time per week included.
    This is the house which was my grandparents, where I spent much of my childhood especially in the summer holidays. It's a simple but very friendly house in which to relax and total relaxation.
    We have everything close by, grocery, bakery, pastry and even a florist. We are 5 minutes from the beach S. Martinho do Porto, 15 minutes from the beach of Nazareth, Beach MAKE Arelho, Alcobaça and Obidos.

Estancia relajante en la "casa de los abuelos"

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en la casa de los abuelos. Joao Pedro nos recibió obsequiándonos un pan y un chorizo locales. Muy hospitalario y amable. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario destacando una piscina rodeada de cesped estupenda! También hay una magnífica barbacoa y aparcamiento dentro de la propiedad. Las playas están a 10-15 minutos en coche. No perderse el "Atelier do doce". Está situado a un par de kilómetros de la casa y hacen unos dulces maravillosos

Lage und Beschaffenheit

Alfeizerao heißt für mich Alfeizerao und nicht 5 km ausserhalb. Das Haus ist wirklich schon älter, was für mich kein Problem wäre, aber die Decke ist so niedrig, daß es für meinen Sohn nötig war, ständig den Kopf einzuziehen. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist kein vernünftiges Fenster, in der zweiten Woche hat es mit dem warmen Wasser auch nicht mehr geklappt.

Pasamos unas ferias estupendas

La casa, tal como se anuncia, está genial; la piscina y el jardín son una maravilla, y Joao fue encantador e incluso fue más allá ayudándonos en un momento de necesidad. La playa de Sao Martinho está a 5-10min en coche, y en general es una zona muy bonita para descubrirla. El pan, el vino y el chorizo con que obsequian a sus huéspedes a la entrada nos sentaron de maravilla. ¡Gracias Joao y familia, por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran estupendas a pesar de que nuestro coche se estropeara!

Casa acolhedora e pitoresca com tudo o que é necessário, piscina espetacular com espaço envolvente bem verdinho e sossegado. Tivemos um miminho de boas vindas com um pão caseiro e chouriço muito bons. Estava receosa pelo eventual barulho do piso de cima, conforme descrito noutros comentários, mas não tenho razão de queixa. Em suma, gostamos muito só tive pena de não ser por mais tempo.

Um pausa relaxante e revigorante!

A casa é bastante acolhedora e tem tudo o necessário para uma óptima estadia. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos, e os miminhos que nos deixarão (pão de verdade, chourico delicioso e vinha da região) foram uma surpresa muito agradável. A piscina é maravilhosa. Sem dúvida uma estadia a repetir!

Dias de descanso em tempo de pandemia

A casa é boa, tem todos os utensílios necessários e eletrodomésticos. A piscina é muito boa bem como o espaço envolvente. A dona Ada foi muito simpática e prestável, bem como a dona Isabel e o seu marido. Foram uns dias bem passados.

The appartement was spacious but very dated, the chairs wavered and the bed creaked terrible. But the most noise made the neighbours upstairs, you can hear everything. We booked one night in a hotel for a good sleeping. The pool was nice.

Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war alles super.

Ada ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste kümmert. Wenn Probleme aufgetreten sind, wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Und auch das unerwartet unserer Hund die Reise mit antreten musste, ist kein Problem gewesen. Wir konnten uns hier wirklich sehr entspannen. Wir hatten uns ein Mietwagen genommen, denn ohne Auto ist es jedoch schlecht hier Aktivitäten zu unternehmen, da es schon sehr dörflich gelegen ist. Aber genau das fanden wir klasse. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. ☀️😁

Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus. Heureusement, il n’a pas plu et nous étions presque toujours dehors...
