"Had a very pleasant stay at San Antonio de Fátima in Ourém. The location is excellent very close to the sanctuary and within easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything was convenient and accessible without needing transportation. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to stay when visiting Fátima. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting that has some quirks that need attention. The room was spacious, but there were no luggage racks nor anywhere to put clothes. The bathroom is lovely but the door to the toilet is transparent! Yes, there is a workout room but it is small and the equipment is old and not functioning properly. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly."

"The room was very basic. It had nothing provided. No Kettle or coffee machine in the room, No fridge provided either. They didn't leave any water in the room. The breakfast is strange where the guest is given a tray of food. They have no regard for health issues that the elderly might have with all the bread and cake they give for breakfast. No hot food provided. The breakfast is really not worth the money. The hotel is local to the sanctuary. It has an Aldi nearby. It is clean, the beds are comfortable. the shower pressure is great. There is cafe next to the building which is open till the early hours of the morning and very noisy. I didn't sleep very well due to their noise. The wifi was very weak and really bad."

"A lovely looking hotel overlooking the beach, a great location. Be aware there is only one car parking slot for the hotel, parking is pot luck on the roads outside, which become very busy during the summer months. The room we had was clean with a side view of the sea and fresh fruit provided, it would have been nice to have a bottle of water that wasn't part of the mini bar. The staff were really friendly and helpful, apart from the chef. Breakfast is quite pricey, you are given a tick sheet the night before to let the kitchen know your requirements, which is a great idea to prevent waste. I made a mistake and ticked the box at the wrong end of my chosen dish, easily done with the layout. My fault but the chef refused to help correct it. I expected better of a 4 star hotel. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was helpful."
