Holiday house for 6 people in Alcaucín, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Very comfortable villa, with stunning views of the Sierra Tejeda, with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious living / dining room. Already outside we find covered terraces and in the sun to eat outdoors with spectacular views. The villa has private parking.

The dining room has three comfortable leather sofas, sideboard and bookshelf where you will find books to read while relaxing in the villa, coffee table next to the fireplace, for colder nights, dining table and chairs for six people. The kitchen is modern fully equipped with everything necessary for the use and enjoyment of guests.

Next to the main door is a guest toilet.

There are stairs that lead to the ground floor of the house, there we will find the bedrooms.

The access lane is paved, it is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and chest of drawers, together with a door that gives access to the pool. In turn, it has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet and sink.

In the second bedroom we find 2 single beds with a nightstand and light, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe in the dressing area, a door to a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and a hairdryer.

The last bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and lights, wardrobe, comfortable door leading to a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

All rooms have hot-cold air conditioning and the windows have mosquito nets.

There are seating areas to enjoy, the front of the villa has a petanque court with lights all around and a pergola over it which can be used in the day or night. The terrace can be accessed from the living room, it has a barbecue, table and chairs to eat outdoors, there is also table tennis to have a fun time, you will also find a comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs on this level, next to the pool you will find a sun loungers and pool towels for all. The large garden is well maintained with lots of flowering shrubs and fruit trees, with spectacular views of the mountains.
