"One of the best hotels in town "

"Staff were great - dealing with new system which slowed them down a bit but they advised people and handled it all very well Breakfast was good however limited spaces to sit so got quite cramped at points - perhaps some outside seating in the warmer months may help. Parking is great and inexpensive compared to other hotels - easily reached from lifts with luggage etc Rooms - simple clean and modern no wardrobe or drawers but a simple hanging rail and shelves so suits a short stay but prolonged visits might be a bit trickier - no safe in room either USB sockets available for charging which is a great addition "

I was there for a trip for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my trip special, including leaving a note for me as well as a pastry prior to my arrival! Absolutely stunning stunning with amazing views and the staff provides one of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I will definitely be returning!"

"Nice room, with good amenities, but a little small with no seating area. The gym was good, and quiet. The rooftop pool was small and the sun beds were fairly squashed in. The pool was not heated. The bar was pleasant, but the high chairs were a little uncomfortable."

"We checked in after hours so received a message with the codes. This was all good. The room was well equipped but had an internal light tunnel as the only natural light. We asked if it was possible to move us the following morning to another room and Elizabeth on reception was very helpful, she was able to move us. The new room was smaller but we much preferred it"

"Lovely, clean room. Aircon was adjustable so very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. A long walk into the old town. A handy shopping centre right next to the hotel. "
