Villa Verde quiet and quiet villa of new construction 2018
Newly built country villa (July 2018) located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, the Villa has three apartments, for a total of 15 beds.
The Villa is on two levels both on the ground floor, in the upper level there are two independent apartments each apartment has 4 beds and are composed of:
double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with two beds, one of which is foldable, each apartment has a large veranda of 80 square meters, and a barbecue.
In the lower level on the same floor as the pool there is another apartment with large windows, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with two beds for a total of 4 beds, a large veranda of 100sqm and a barbecue, was defined April 2019
Large garden, with swimming pool with hydromassage, the swimming pool is equipped with an outdoor shower with heated water, with beach umbrellas, the swimming pool is also newly built (July 2018) and has a new "salt" system, therefore free of chlorine.
the villa inside has its own private and free parking.
The villa is located just minutes from the Castellammare del Golfo motorway exit.
is 45 km from Trapani and 55 km from Palermo
