Located just off I-40, this charming 1950s home is the perfect stopover for your motorcycle or RV trip. With a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator, you can easily prepare quick meals on the go. The four spacious bedrooms offer ample space to relax and unwind after exploring nearby Old Town.

This great house has all the original charm of the 1950's with a great location right off I-40; Easy to find just get off the Rio Grande exit of I-40. DO note - This home only has a Kitchenette! It is a great home for a stop over and for a home base for outdoor activites!
Come stay for a night on your motorcycle or RV trip, or stay for the whole Balloon Festival. Expansive RV and motorcycle gated parking available.

The home does not have a "full kitchen", so don't feel pressure to cook! Old Town and fabulous food is 3 blocks south, so enjoy all the local flavors! Home has a hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go.

4 bedrooms one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a third with a full/twin bunk bed and a queen, and fourth has a queen bed. Lots of space for kids and to relax.


We have guests sign a rental contract outside the domain. Ask for details. Guests booking must be 25 years old. No parties allowed
