I didn't like that the house keeping didn't clean, throw the trash and made the bed the next day. I wanted to pay a little more to be able to get the complete services.

Great property! Close to the airport!
Daniel at the front desk was so polite and check in was easy. Daniel helped me get a shuttle lined up to pick me up at the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely stocked. Phylis came to get me at the airport. She was so friendly and we visited the entire trip. She helped me with my luggage and helped me in the van. Nathan was my shuttle driver back to the airport the next morning. I have been traveling for work for 8 years and never experienced anything like this. He was in the driver seat, never got out to help me with my luggage, didn’t help me get the van door closed and was not friendly. I had a hard time bc the van was kind of high up. I looked at him while I was as struggling and even said “gosh this is really high” but he never moved from the driver seat. I was the only one on the van. He asked me what airline and I told him and he said he would try and get me close….he literally drove all the way to the opposite side of that airline…all the way to the end. That was fine, no big deal, but again, he never got out to get the door for me or help me with my bag. And he did not even say “bye…” nothing. Boooo Nathan. Do better…learn manners at least. The rest of my stay was fantastic! I highly recommend this property, in spite of Nathan!

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable the front desk was very friendly and helpful our room was neat and clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay and will use it again in the near future

Nice Place To Stay
Our stay was good. We needed a room for our family close to the airport. Being able to us the two bedrooms and sofa sleeper worked out great. Having plastic cups in the bathroom would be nice.

So close to the airport but I never heard a plane. They were in the middle of some construction but it did not interfere with anything. They had cookies when we arrived and cold lemon water. Breakfast was delicious!

I was transferred to this hotel due to water line break at the other location where I wanted to stay. The room I requested was not available. The single bed room was too small for my family. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel since I paid in advance.

Just amazing! The suite was gorgeous, clean, spacious and with everything we needed! The service was impeccable, breakfast always delicious and freshly made, they had cookies in the afternoon for guests, staff always nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel! A+++

Complications booking but very comfortable stay.

Best place we‘ve ever stayed in Albuquerque. Two bedroom suite was perfect! Beds were comfortable, overall great stay! Breakfast was adequate, pool was closed for the season. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Unpleasant Stay
My husband and I and our twin infants made a trip to Albuquerque. We decided to book at Staybridge Suites after reading reviews and also because there were suites available with two separate bedrooms. Let me tell you, the stay was unenjoyable from the start. I waited at the check-in counter for 5-10 minutes because nobody was there to check us in. I had to call their phone line for anybody to show up, and even then, the front desk worker came out eating. I am also positive she was doing a phone interview at the front counter on her cellphone later that evening. When we got to our room, we noticed that it smelled like smoke, which was weird for a non-smoking hotel. None of the 3 TVs were working in our room, so we were trying to look at the cable box in the master bedroom. While we were doing this, we found cigarette butts on the floor, so we called the front desk to ask for another room. We were able to move to a second room, which didn’t smell as bad and didn’t seem as dirty. Both rooms did not have cabinet drawers in the kitchen, so the rooms were unfinished, which was unacceptable at $200+/night. Lastly, the whole hotel smelled like sewage the day we checked in. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have babies.

The suite was very nice in that it had the sleeping area separated with a door and 2 TV's, one in the main area and one in the bedroom. The kitchenette was small but cozy, and had everything you would need to make yourself a meal, in case you didn't feel like ordering or going out.
