We are located 2-3 blocks south of the main UNM campus. The neighborhood is a mix of young urban professionals and college students.

Parking is located under the building and each space is marked.

This is a one bedroom upstairs apartment. Up to date and cozy modern style 1 bedroom with living and eating space, equipped kitchen, studio size oven and stove top to whip up a meal or just enjoy your morning coffee. Refrigerator/ freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Comfy queen bed, full bathroom and luxury towels. Full closet and dresser to comfortably place and hang your clothes during your stay. Table and stools for eating or working while in town. Large private patio to enjoy right off the living room. WIFI and smart TV for your entertainment.

Parking
Free parking is located under the building in marked spaces. You can also park along the street. Please be careful of the low 6' 10" clearance. Security cameras in parking and common areas.

Since most of our guests have their own streaming services we do not provide any channels or streaming. If you use a firestick type device, consider bringing with you for easy use.

Our properties are regularly treated with pest repellent. Still, Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug, especially cockroaches. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
