All working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Loved the floors in the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately poor quality fixtures in bathrooms have not held up in the short time since renovation. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I wish dog owners cleaned up better after their pets.

Pool wasn't working, breakfast wasn't good, pancake machine was broken and no OJ. Courtesy coffee either out or ice cold. Had to figure out how to use the tv with 2 remotes. Fan in bathroom was very loud and had to shower before 7 am or ran out of hot water. No alarm clock.

There was no parking when I arrived and then the water was only Luke warm to shower. The tub had a lot of water damage and hard stains. Then breakfast was not good. I had the cereal finally.

I explained to staff I felt something crawling on me at night.... No one came and changed sheet until I BEGGED the Housekeeping supervisor who was some what upset I was asking. We were locked out of our room twice. Forget the breakfast, go somewhere else. Sonia told me she giving me a great room, however there were children over us and the RAN all night. My view was a wall.....The location itself is great, we called it the New Mexico strip because everything was so convenient. Praying I didn't bring any of their friends home.

This is in a much safer/nicer area than 2 other we drove into and left after seeing the folks in the area. (Unfortunately a lot of homeless /drunk/druggies). Food places a short drive away. Chantel the clerk was genuinely and friendly! Room was clean, a few worn spots on the tub but not a problem. We were 1st floor as we had the dog(only $25 per fee). The person above stomped around all night.. not the hotels fault. Parking lot well lit! Good breakfast included in the great rate. Would stay here again

Everything here is janky and broken - including the front desk staff who could not be less pleasant. The treadmill is out of order which is all I wanted after a long day of driving. The elevator to the third floor IN A THREE FLOOR BUILDING is out of order. Multiple ice machines are out of order. And there is no luggage trolley. This place is not worth the money. We picked medium expensive and would have had a better time at a $50/night fleabag motel.

Somethings were broken but they were working on repairing them. The parking was a little confusing. The staff was amazing specifically Chantelle. I hope I spelled her name right. The rooms were alright. The lighting seems a little limited. The beds were okay but not terrible. I kinda wish the bathroom lights and fan had separate switched but we made do. Over all it wasnt a bad place and I would visit again.

Avoid this place. First the good: - The rooms were quite large. They comfortably fit my family of 5. - The room had an elongated toilet. - The mattresses were reasonably comfortable. All the bad: - There was only one staff person on site, so checking in, checking out, cleaning, and anything else was only being done by one person. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in. - The elevator was very dirty and sticky. Like it had juice spilled on it and hadn't been cleaned for a week. It was terribly slow and also wouldn't go to the third floor. Luckily we were on the second floor but another family with 3 children had to walk up to the third floor with all their luggage. - The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect from a hotel. The tub has several moldly areas and hairs. - The breakfast was pretty bad and the pancake machine was broken. We went elsewhere for breakfast after the first day. - Their policy is that they don't clean the room but every 3rd day. So despite paying the same amount for each day we had messy rooms for the 2nd and 3rd day. - On our last morning, the cleaning crew let themselves in while my wife was taking a shower despite the fact we hadn't checked out and it was before checkout time. - The hotel did not provide Do Not Disturb hangers - The hot water was intermittent at best. I took 2/3 showers in barely-warm water TLDR: Do not stay here. A Motel 6 would probably have been a better experience at 1/2 the cost.

The bathroom light/fan was extremely noisy and the bathroom door needed oiling. The outlets on one side of the bed didn’t work. Other than that, things were good!

Property was very diety and very noisy. Tried to swim but there was no towels. Hot tub water was so dirty and brown. Breakfast items were limited. Hotel had a box of muffins from Walmart to give out for breakfast. Advertised items such as French toast and fresh cracked eggs were unavailable. Front desk staff was very rude when inquired about towels.

The elevator was not working correctly. We had to come out at 2nd level and take stairs up to get to the 3rd level. The swimming pool was super cold, was not heated. Other than that, room was clean and staff was very welcoming.

The pool was limited with seating and there was no towels to be used in the area. We used our towels from our rooms and when we asked for more, there was no more towels in the whole hotel. The jacuzzi jets timer switch was hanging on by the wires that power the jets. We got a room for 5 and there was only 3 towels and wash cloths.

This hotel was ok, was pretty clean, staff was not the best, when got in the girl seemed distracted and not very friendly or welcoming! Our keys stopped working after our first night! On our last day there was no hot water and when I called the front desk to ask about it, she said I know , there’s nothing I can do about it! Very frustrating!

When we arrived at 4, we were told that housekeeping was behind schedule and had to wait 30 minutes. We left for am hour and a half and our room still wasn't ready. The pool didn't have towels and our sofa bed didn't have sheets. They were polite about everything, but it was inconvenient.
