Gorgeous, private, comfy, clean & close to EDO

  • Historic cute house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque. Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles) and a block from beautiful Roosevelt park 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. Private driveway, offstreet parking, garage, backyard and storage. Completely private, Unit B of the duplex.
    Located by Nob Hill; quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with lot of charm. One bedroom with queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who like to cook. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries and coffe roasteries. Private driveway, offstreet and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.

    The home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
